In my opinion, there is no worse a system than one that denies its citizens the rights to life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness. But often times I sit back and wonder about this oft-forgotten nation, and what could've happened had it gone down a similar route to South Africa. South Africa itself isn't exactly a booming nation, but it's a FAR cry from current-day Zimbabwe. May anyone who's reading this from Africa have a brighter, prosperous future, and my heart goes out to you guys.
My wee Dad fought SAS style throughout the combat, so I was fortunate to see him leading Belgian civilians to safety. Also Asian, African loyalists as a hero. I am so fortunate to have an awesome Father!
The State Security Service of the GDR (Stasi), the KGB and the North Korean secret service supported the Mugabe troops with advisers. You don't need to know much more to assess the intentions of these people. And it ended up being worse than expected.

My favorite Rhodesian was Leonardo DiCaprio. - All jokes aside Byron Black the tennis player stayed at my house when I was a kid and he was trying to qualify for a tournament. Really nice guy. Met a few other players from Zimbabwe including a black african guy who was also very nice.
