The RPG-7 does in fact have a safety. There’s a lever on the back of the front handle that needs to be pulled back/down before the RPG can fire. As a firearm nerd myself, I love hearing other people ‘geek’ over them, even if it is just Ryan reading a Wikipedia article. Fun fact: the .50 BMG and the M2 Browning heavy machine gun are just scaled up versions of the .30-06 Springfield cartridge and the M1917 medium machine gun. The M2 browning and .50 BMG were also originally designed to be used as anti-tank during WW1, but the war ended before the M2 entered production. It would however see widespread use in WW2, which is where the DoD and US realized the power it held, a change from the dislike of it during the early 1930s. There are currently fully functional M2 Brownings in the US military inventory that are over 90 years old.

What are the chances you guys could get a whole server post-apocalyptic event going? Kinda like OC-War-P, but proper Mad Max stuff: different factions competing for resources and/or trading what they can make for what they need, crazy vehicles, just a very small remnant of an understaffed, underfunded, corrupted and more agressive law enforcement organisation . And maybe just like Max: one lightly armed guy in a basic, clapped out vehicle, a scavenger, a cop gone rogue, no longer affiliated with law enforcement, who just kills gang members any chance he gets. And the car would be a stolen unmarked police car. But law enforcement just lets him do his thing cuz... well, he's making their job easier in the end.
There is a safety on an RPG7. You have to lift a lever that engages the trigger. It isn't a true safety it is similar to a decocking lever. You can fire 2 types of warheads from an RPG. The standard is the tandem charge AP warhead. Which is most common. Then there is the HE warhead which is for soft targets
