Hi, Alexis. I started watching your channel a couple of years ago when you were remodeling your last apartment. I must say that you seem much happier now that you have roommates. I live alone and know that the struggle is real when it comes to depression and anxiety. Never thought I'd be a "hermit" because I've always enjoyed being alone. COVID changed everything and now I work from home. I spend days not seeing anyone but my two dogs and occasional delivery people. I go out maybe once or twice a month max. I've realized recently that I need other people in my life. Helping and caring for others gives me purpose and I need to find ways to get back in the swing of things. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I hope you know that what your "chill night" videos are very helpful to me. Have a lovely day. 🙂 P.S. I''ve been crocheting for a long time too and find that it helps to put a pillow/cushion under my arms to reduce the stress in my arms and hands.
This is so sweet and I agree that she is thriving here. I know a lot of people shamed her for moving in with roommates, so it's nice to see someone being supportive with such a heartfelt comment. I hope you go out more and talk to other people. If it helps, know that other people are looking for someone to talk to as well ❤

You should try the author Katie Fforde! She’s an English writer and most of her books are set in the Cotswolds or other pretty parts of the country💘 such easy romance reads, I call her my holiday author as she is perfect to read whilst lounging around the pool!
