One of the best podcasts in AMV Culture Cafe.. and I love all! Chef Rahul has such deep knowledge, understanding and awareness of his craft. Also, his self awareness and articulation of it is beautiful to say the least❤
Check out all the works of jyoti prakash tamang, he is the only Indian author who has covered feremeted food of India, specially “Ethnic fermented foods and beverages of India: science history and culture”. Also, Himalayan fermented food.
Anurag ,I know somebody who can provide you with a permanent podcast place in noida.(Free) You need it because fixed podcast spot make the viewer familiar with the setup, and immediately the viewer can be in. If interested, can drop you a mail.
Nah, I disagree with this view. New locations go w anurag’s style of being a musafir. Covering different genres in different locations adds up. Each epi becomes interesting and lively.
