That's awesome news Glen! I miss seeing your rides from that part of the west coast, even tho the LA Area is like second home to me, it's always nice to see how things are doing and changing there - minus the stubborn fires they've been having...!

The food and drink at the rest stops and the dinner the first night (and lunches both days) are covered by our entry fees (each rider pays a registration fee of about $20 - $35 I think) ... covering the support costs of the event and then the donation money goes toward the MS Society's causes... research, support for sufferer's of MS ect
yeah i need to get some video out of our weekend rides again... just seems like i have covered all the places around here that I ride... guess I just need to updated them all again.
well... California is a big place. There have been a few fire "near" where I am.. but 30 or 40 miles away or more. So.. has not really affected me. A few times the smoke in the air tha blew our way made riding in it something to avoid but that is all.
I have seen some one else using a rear light that goes of and on slowly like yours too dangerous ! man those big orrible things called cars can not see your light as well as a flickering light or indeed one that is constantly on ! lol..
