The operator orientates and loads liners into the machine. The liner will advance to the vent hole drill station, where the hole will be drilled. Specialized tooling and a pneumatic pick, rotate, and insert actuator will pick the vent from a dead nest and insert it into the liner part. The reject station will remove any parts that have failed any inspection stations. Parts will be discarded into a “locked” collection bin. All finished good parts will be automatically unloaded into a collection bin for pack-out operations.
