I arrive in time for opening of Nottingham Goose Fair on Friday 4th October, 2024, known as “Goose Fair Friday”.
I witness the fair as the visitors arrived; I take a closer look at Stargate, one of the popular larger machines; and even bag myself a Shawarma-Sultan kebab, amongst other things. Nice! Enjoy! I did!

The easiest way to get to the Goose Fair using public transport is via the NET tram service - get off at The Forest tram stop, alternatively, use one of the park & rides on the tram route. Details at www.thetram.net.

“Meet The Boss” is where I literally do just that. I find a company, find the boss, and meet them for an informal chat about their business or company. Simple as that. 😉
“3 minutes” is a sub-series where I go somewhere, do something, or meet somebody for around 3-minutes… usually. 😉

The whole fair is so different when it starts to get dark ! there are some impressive rides, I thought you were going on a few ? At the start of this video you put the date as 2014 and I really had to think what year it was !!!!
Whoops! Must be my old age and forgetfulness kicking in! And I never noticed! I did go on a few rides on Saturday night but couldn’t find my camera harness, but hopefully will do soon as I need it for this coming weekend.
