hi i have a 15 yr old cocktill still eating but not drinking much he
has really bad smell like rotten flesh and he poop is green runny do
you think its kidneys failing is there any medcine i can buy for him

Hi Bro, my budgies are going through loose motions, and i tried mixing flagyl syrup with the drinking water, but they are not drinking it. What shall i do now ?
P.S : I don't want to catch the birds and feed them the medicine directly. That's because i have never caught them before.
Is there any other options to fix this issue in my birds ?

Just keep the normal water away from your birds for only 4-5 hour.then give the medicine to your Birds.they will rush to drink the medicine.this is a simple trick we breeders use.remember to remove the medicine after one hour and give them normal water.btw sorry for late reply

Hi.. my cocktail was fine in the morning. I kept him outside for sunlight and sprayed with water. Now I'm noticing my bird is not opening one eye and is alil dull. I had opened the cage in the morning and he flew and everything was fine. Just now noticing that one eye is shut

How is your bird now? I read somewhere that sunlight is not good for their eyes and can cause harm.

Please help I just bought a 5 months old cockatiel bt he seems sick symptoms are his wings are down he is sleepy half of the time eating too much feathers are falling bot too much bt it is falling . Someone also told me he is sick bt the shopkeeper is saying something different that he is cleaning himself so he is not sick. I find him sick too .please need urgent help.

Yes,,they ll first make them comfortable with each other(Pair wise) and wait....on negative also wait,,,as sometimes it takes time to be comfortable with the liked one to step ahead..
