In this video we explore an incomplete equine centre/mansion.
It was thirds complete when construction stopped in 2009.
It is understood that there are plans for the site.

I grew up in this region (my family has lived here for many generations). Sad what happened with this place.

What a shame people can't look without kicking the hell out of things and spraying paint all over the place. Some drone footage would have been nice to get an impression of the overall layout. Thanks for a very interesting video.

Kiama Downs is a lovely part of the NSW south coast.
Would have been a amazing place in its prime time
I drive all over Sydney daily, and am horrified at the huge areas that are being sectioned off for demolition all over the Sydney metro. I'll keep a note of them and let you know

Just a correction in the comment i stated that incomplete mansion i was on about is on your right as you head towards cairns and only the first floor was complete and when you drive past you cant miss it.
Can you try and do a video on the Sirius Building at The Rocks ?
I’ll have to see who i can contact with that one.

I reckon the work stopped because the owners ran out of money when the GFC hit and there are alot more places that have suffered the same fate. Up where i live in cairns FNQ there is an incomplete structure, mansion between babinda and gordonvale on your left as you head towards cairns and construction ceased over 20 years ago due to a lack of finances, some indian mob owns that incomplete house and still remains as is.
What an amazing property and such a waste. Was there another group there, I could hear someone in the background. What is the approximate location of the site ? First R rated video?
I think something may happen to the site. The place was mentioned in an article in November last year.
There were a few groups there actually :)

The architect was a smooth talker. Some of the stairways are hideous.

I have always asked HOW DO YOU MAKE A SMALL FORTUNE OUT OF HORSES? ANSWER = YOU START OFF WITH A LARGE ONE! I was a debt collector for some time and if you had to travel into the country and never had proper directions I would always look for Horses or a Horse float or truck! 98% of the time that was where I was looking for! THEMS THE FACTS!
I know where this mansion is this place has been abandoned since 2008 apparently it was been built for the past 2 years before it was abandoned but it's all fixed now

No it's definitely not fixed, there's much more graffiti these days... it's for sale and listed on domain if you know where to look. No one wants to buy it because the land was contaminated during the build and it's within smelling distance of the tip as a nice bonus.
Wasn't this place shown in a current affair that some dude build it on his own? If I'm right?
