Jah in the Transporter

Berry Lee Berry & the Benders return with one more multidimensional, trippy root dub track. Are you a dubtrekkie? Vocals by Veronique Hogervorst and Martijn Benders does the toasting. The band is working on an album that has an important role for the Tuba, uncommon in reggae circles. This track is a good example of the sound we are trying to develop. I guess you could also say I am looking for a new kind of poetry - there are not a whole lot of paper poets that try to become toasters at 53 years of age, probably with good reason, but I happen to find that direction interesting. Some would call this 'nonsense poetry' but I disgress: I don't believe it is a coincidence that the words 'travel' and 'truffel' are so simular.
