I only saw the last ten minutes of this programme so I don't know her story and to be honest I do not care. All I know is that when a 50 year old heavy metal fan such as me is moved to tears then it must be something special. If you listen carefully to this song it is vocally quite technical so even more praise to her. Thank you Jasmine.
You could see the pride just bursting out of her parents...brought goosebumps listening and tears all at same time....2 thumbs down must be both tone deaf...if you just don't like the song then fair enough but why not keep your thoughts to yourself especially when the young lady suffers from anxiety...you should be ashamed of yourself whoever you are...let's just hope she reads all the positive comments here and hopefully helps her overcome it cos she truly is an amazing singer...and while I'm not one for cover versions I've just listened to the original and as good as that is this young lady puts that to shame she's that good...what an amazing voice...watch this space cos she could be heading for Adele like stardom...if that song was released tomorrow I'd put my house on that reaching number 1..Jasmine your one amazing singer and here's hoping you overcome your fears cos I like many others want to hear a lot more and hopefully soon. Randomly came across this show last night about 10 mins from the end. Started from the point she got a bit anxious and walked out before delivering this epic performance! Was genuinely blown away at how effortless and natural her voice is. This is her voice when she's just stood still. Imagine how it would sound with even more oomph!? Natural talent, great voice :)
So inspiring,I saw the episode in which this beautiful young girl featured in the uk,I'm finally home in Nz this has become my life anthem.Amazing version of the original,Dare I say so much better.Always brings me tears of joy to watch and listen too.I would love this to be Xmas number 1.So appropriate at the moment.

An extraordinary performance of a technically complex song from a young girl who suffers from crippling anxiety - just incredible. I know she made this as a personal project, but I wonder if she could be persuaded to release it as a single - I would buy it in a heartbeat, and I'm sure many others would too. I truly hope the mere fact that she did this boosts her confidence and thereby goes some way towards helping her deal with her debilitating condition.

I was amazed that this amazing voice was from a 13 year old girl. I think we have seen a future singing sensation and this song would sell loads if released.
