This band is insane. Blame me but i think Flo has vibes like Chester Bennington. He can scream like a daemon, sing like a angel. I will see them live 20th April in Munic. Hope it will be awesome. I´m so on fire.
next one has to be Rainfall. on a personal note: one of my favorit french band in addition to Landmvrks and Novelist Fr is Rise of the NorthStar where you really get the feeling wanting to punch something lol.
How did I miss this??? They’re slap so hard, give absolute bangers and really know how to bring the breakdowns. Empty Place is a great song too. Love the channel, keep it up man.
How on earth can it be that i don't know this band ??? Damn Ax that doesn't exist. Those riffs and so much desperation in the voice ... my headphones will be glowing tonight.
I’m glad that you wrote about Chunk, no captain chunk! Not a lot of people i know know this band. I absolutely love them and they’ll drop an album in 2021!
Omg.... I've seen them around on youtube but never actually listened to them before. This was very very good and brutal in parts.. Adding to playlist immediately!
First time on your channel and your reaction and the tears in your eyes was my exact reaction when I first heard this song. Still gives me goosebumps, you can tell how much music means to you in this video alone. Good stuff man! 🤘
The tiny segment of 3:08 and 3:09 always reminds me of "Motherstep", the live version of Mothership on Enter Shikaris "Live from planet earth Vol. 3"-Album and I fucking love it. The drummer goes through 4 variations that are perfectly molded out and one of them is this exact kick and china pattern. Addictive as hell. It's at 53 seconds for the first time on the recording.
You can literally choose every video by them and got a 10/10. my favorite song is their first single „Empty Place“ the breakdown is my favorite of all time and I can’t resist to headbang every single time
Just wanna say thank you for this vid. Afterwards I listened and still listen to this album and this song in particular quite a lot. This song still gets me every time
Same. This song makes me feel SO nostalgic because the singer's voice reminds me of Chester, and even the way he sings his lines. It's taking me back to when I was a kid and something from Hybrid Theory would be on the radio.
This was a pleasant surprise, never heard them before and loved the mix of all genres. I got a bit of a Chester vibe when listening to the singer... Also as a hardcore fan you've must have listened to Swedish Raised Fist!
Good surprise this group, I did not know at all. I really like the instrumental, I have a little more trouble with the singer's voice. Thank you for the reaction / review on this sound, very qualitative as always !
they're such an incredible band. Also super tight live. I got to see them with While She Sleeps, Stray From The Path and Trash Boat in 2019 and even though basically no one there knew them they brought the energy. Also the nicest guys. Me and some friends were hanging out with them and Trash Boat all night
Loved the way you broke down the gear they were all using. Kevin(the drummer) is using mapex drums and meinl cymbals. Sick band overall. Blistering, self made black hole, and fantasy are all must listens
Damn that deathcore breakdown was insane. Like Tallah insane. Props to Stray From The Path and Comeback Kid comparisons 💪🏼 Speaking of Tallah, it’s time to buckle in, stretch out that neck and react to their song “Overconfidence” LET’S GO!!!!!!
I know I’m very late but I recently found your page started watching I love your insight and gear and stuff but for sure wake up call or Rainfall or scars!
Bro I was about to skip the “gear talk” but when you started I was hooked hard. Literally zero interest in music gear/ instruments but how you delivered the information was really interesting. Love it dude! 🤟🏼
Avantasia Live DVD 2011 - Farewell Avantasia is one of the best epic metalbands out there, it's classified as a metal opera if that just dosen't say it all. The scarecrow, Story ain't over and another angel down is really great as well :D
I would love to see you react to overall more live performance, since your great knowledge of the subject is my primary reason subscribing to you :) with the pandemic, as you know as you have worked with a few of them, live stream/"..in the studio" performances have completely blown up, there's a lot of material for your channel!
The entire Fantasy album is worth listening to. Wake up Call, Scars, Blistering all absolutely necessary to listen to. Also, Rainfall off their upcoming album is a banger as well. The genre fusing in every track would normally be too much for me but they do it in a way that works every time. Really looking forward to the 19th for the new full album.
I recommend "Midnight" by POLAR. The album "Nova" is already 2 years old and I really enjoyed it. Great band from the UK and very nice guys. They are on the same label as Landmvrks (Arising Empire)
I love how you say they're more like hardcore and I agree. The chorus definitely has that metalcore feel, but the breakdown...that breakdown...definitely deathcore.
This band is incredible. Flo sounds fucking identical live as well. You should definitely check out the live version of Wake Up Call. Was genuinely blown away by how tight the dude is live. Unreal.
There is a band, that I would highly recommend : skalmold An Icelandic band of Viking metal And they did a live concert with the philharmonic orchestra of Iceland so ... Yeah it's epic
Bro this album for them is going to be huge!! Check out rainfall and overrated from this album coming too. They playing shows on Europe this year and I can see them in the uk for £13.50! Insane!!!
saw these guys the other night, the pits were fucking brutal but the vibe got killed early, there was a kid who jumped in the pit and straight up got punched in the face and it kinda made every be hesitant to jump in if the kid was there. but when the kid WASNT int he pit it was going fucking CRAZY
I don't know why, but I can always recognize a French bands, they have a special sound. Anyway, listen to the rest of their songs, you will definitely like something.
These guys are so good, hard to recommend just a single song, since they are all very different. If you want heavy "Rainfall" is a great. If you want melancholic "Paralyzed" gives you that. They even had a song with an extended french rap part on their most recent album - "Visage". One of my personal favourites is "Empty Place", which has just about the perfect mix of everything.
Hi Tank, greetings from Germany. :D I´m impressed about your funny and cool Reactions about german and european Metal Bands. I have a special Tip for you. You must hear "Hämatom feat. Hansi Kürsch - I want it all" ( yes its Hansi, Lead Sanger from Blind Guardian). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get hear this Queen Cover
great reaction and many interesting things were said during the video, love this landmvrks' whole album, respect from russia and i'd recommend you to check the band reflections especially "from nothing" coz its shot the way you like it (instruments and the members) or "samsara" or some of the newest stuff in case you want to listen to something heavy and thally
Hey man, you or anyone else notice the similarities between this break down and the intro to the song "The New Reality" by code orange? I want to know if landmarks did this as a tribute or if it a stunning coincidence. Thanks !
All the songs of this new album out now are great! Rainfall, Paralyzed and Overrated. Kind of interested what you're opinions are of the end of Rainfall.
I would have guessed the V was to allow them to use a name that had already been established in the industry. Landmarks, Paris and Churches are fairly common words that other bands surely have used?
I saw them in Feb 2019 live as a suporting act for while she sleeps and yes the pit was fcking brutal 💪🏽💪🏽 Edit: Straight form the path was also a suporting act for while she sleeps (same concert)
His higher screaming reminds me of Chester from early Linkin Park. Liked the song. Even the low screaming was a cool switch that I wasn't expecting and for me it lasted the perfect amount of time even though I'm not crazy about it. Rest of the song was awesome and I loved the intro. Also the gear talk was really cool to hear about.
Rainfall, Wake Up Call, Blistering, Perspective, all great songs. They really do not have a bad song at all.
Fully second this
After Chase checked this out, I prayed to the Metal Gods that you would do it next, thank you for answering my prayers Dio🤘🔥
Wake Up Call definitely!
🤘🤘🤘
The Tank Note 11:41 got me. 😂 That's so sympathetic! Love your reactions. Greetings from Germany! 🇩🇪 🤘🏻
This band is insane.
Blame me but i think Flo has vibes like Chester Bennington. He can scream like a daemon, sing like a angel.
I will see them live 20th April in Munic. Hope it will be awesome. I´m so on fire.
One of the best lives ive ever been tbh!
LANDMVRKS - Rainfall

LANDMVRKS - Blistering
:D
Yes world of pain is the other heaviest one they have
What he said!
all of those are such bangers LETS GO!!!!
next one has to be Rainfall.
on a personal note: one of my favorit french band in addition to Landmvrks and Novelist Fr is Rise of the NorthStar where you really get the feeling wanting to punch something lol.
Amen mon frere.
Rainfall has even more of a hardcore feel. It's amazing! Great riffs, breakdowns, and vocals.
Thanks a ton!
Great reaction, I would actually recommend their new single “Overrated”
yo Tank, congrats on 60k subs :D
You ABSOLUTELY deserve it.
Thanks Chaz!
You can literally choose every video by them and got a 10/10. my favorite song is their first single „Empty Place“ the breakdown is my favorite of all time and I can’t resist to headbang every single time
That was sick man another great band & video Tank.. I loved it
Just wanna say thank you for this vid. Afterwards I listened and still listen to this album and this song in particular quite a lot. This song still gets me every time
I found landmarks from the try not to headband challenge too now it’s my most anticipated album
This has become one of my top listened songs! I get chester vibes during the chorus!
Same. This song makes me feel SO nostalgic because the singer's voice reminds me of Chester, and even the way he sings his lines. It's taking me back to when I was a kid and something from Hybrid Theory would be on the radio.
Same as well. I damn near said that in the video. Haha
@@richardsinclair7661 100% the same. I have been obsessed with this song. Everything I love all in one song.
This was a pleasant surprise, never heard them before and loved the mix of all genres. I got a bit of a Chester vibe when listening to the singer...
Also as a hardcore fan you've must have listened to Swedish Raised Fist!
fuck I love the smile on your face as the first breakdown hits
I just found out about landmvrks like a week ago... now im going to see them live in 2 weeks - super hyped
Good surprise this group, I did not know at all. I really like the instrumental, I have a little more trouble with the singer's voice.
Thank you for the reaction / review on this sound, very qualitative as always !
Been waiting for this one!
Sick react video my dude. And helllll yeah shoutout Comeback Kid from my city! Winnipeg!!
Love these guys just recently discovered em and can't get enough
they're such an incredible band. Also super tight live. I got to see them with While She Sleeps, Stray From The Path and Trash Boat in 2019 and even though basically no one there knew them they brought the energy. Also the nicest guys. Me and some friends were hanging out with them and Trash Boat all night
One of the best french band. Listen all the full length because everything is awesome.
Cheers from France ✌🏻
Listen to Winter by Landmarks, hands down my favourite song by them
Your elocution is pretty good. Certainly one of the best on TH-cam. Therefore not a trial to listen to you. Much appreciated.
Thank you!
Thanks for the info Tank, didn’t even consider that’s why the V is in those bands name 👌 Rainfall is a sick track
Definitely gotta do Rainfall, and then Paralyzed for the sheer difference and dynamic sound versatility.
i love your reactions and we need more of this band specifically. Rainfall is the beastliest song from them.
Loved the way you broke down the gear they were all using. Kevin(the drummer) is using mapex drums and meinl cymbals. Sick band overall. Blistering, self made black hole, and fantasy are all must listens
36 crazyfists, linkin park, full on 2000's vibe
I know, I fucking love it. It makes me feel so nostalgic and brings back so many good memories.
Spot on!
I saw them playing together with Monuments, Heart of a Coward and Counterparts. It was indeed some sick pits that night.....
Damn that deathcore breakdown was insane. Like Tallah insane. Props to Stray From The Path and Comeback Kid comparisons 💪🏼
Speaking of Tallah, it’s time to buckle in, stretch out that neck and react to their song “Overconfidence” LET’S GO!!!!!!
Dude. Just got turned on to your channel a couple of days ago and subscribed. Big fan! Keep it up!
Thanks a ton, man! Much appreciated!
I must "Tank" you for all great reviews you do for us. 🤘🇸🇪🤘
I have the violent gentlemen and the ghost inside banner love it!
Those lows are SICK!!! just filthy love it!!
Need to check more of their songs. Rainfall, Tired of It All, Paralyzed are all 3 amazing.
I know I’m very late but I recently found your page started watching I love your insight and gear and stuff but for sure wake up call or Rainfall or scars!
Thanks man!
Rainfall, Fantasy, Wake Up Call, Blistering...honestly everything on their last album and everything so far on the new album have been bangers
"If I ever see this band live..."
3 years later, you'll work on the same stage as them at Escalation Fest 🤗
Bro I was about to skip the “gear talk” but when you started I was hooked hard. Literally zero interest in music gear/ instruments but how you delivered the information was really interesting. Love it dude! 🤟🏼
Thanks a lot, man! That means a ton!
Yeah also Opeth at Garden Of The Titans - Ghost Of Perdition. Insane sound, great production.
Avantasia Live DVD 2011 - Farewell
Avantasia is one of the best epic metalbands out there, it's classified as a metal opera if that just dosen't say it all. The scarecrow, Story ain't over and another angel down is really great as well :D

I think its the first time I've seen something so heavy and surprising that it actually stops a Tank headbang.
Amazing band doing lot of different styles. I recommend to check out 'Scars' and 'Rainfall'.
Reckoning definitely is a must listen, just a lyric video though. They do have a live performance of the song and it sounds amazing.
Stray From the Path reference with their new banger being out...Dope.
Winter they collabed with Matteo from novelists and its great
Also reminds me a little of warriors with that higher hardcore punk screaming I love this song
Blistering and Empty Place have to be listened to for sure.
I love how you say they're more like hardcore and I agree. The chorus definitely has that metalcore feel, but the breakdown...that breakdown...definitely deathcore.
Huaska - Samba de Preto.
Its from Brazil and do Rock + Samba! 🤘🏻
My favorite band 😍🤘
That was a cool track! Especially the start.
Loved it! Fucking sic! Keep rockin’ it out! 🤘🏻❤️
This band is incredible. Flo sounds fucking identical live as well. You should definitely check out the live version of Wake Up Call. Was genuinely blown away by how tight the dude is live. Unreal.

An Icelandic band of Viking metal
And they did a live concert with the philharmonic orchestra of Iceland so ... Yeah it's epic

Wake Up The Dead!!!
Yes dude, I hear Comeback Kid big-time here 💜🙌
I had to Hear this a nummer of times before a got it all. Insane 🔥🔥🔥
What do you mean you would stay away from the pit? It’s the end of covid, I would stand in the middle of the wall :D
Also you should do the album review when their new album comes out on the 19th of march
This band is just top tier for me! They're amazing live too. Check out scars, wake up call, blistering, outside and in (these are my favourites).
I don't know why, but I can always recognize a French bands, they have a special sound. Anyway, listen to the rest of their songs, you will definitely like something.
I live in Leo fender Mobile home in Fullerton. Or so im told. It's in Fullerton.
No way!
This band remind me UK groove metal "Malevolence " Tank you have to check this out. Nasty band, they cool. Any songs
Landmvrks - Scars - is a great song in addition to all the gems already mentioned in this comment section.
These guys are so good, hard to recommend just a single song, since they are all very different. If you want heavy "Rainfall" is a great. If you want melancholic "Paralyzed" gives you that. They just released a new song called overreacted, if youre interested. If you love this one, you should love that one also
This reminds me of a swedish band Raised Fist, you should check them out
finally my request has been answered
YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS Finalllllly
This is my top band at the moment! I love their sound
Blistering, overrated, rainfall! All bangers! New albums will be huge!
You should def check RESOLVE - OF SILK AND STRAW
Another great french band, they're really good friends with LANDMVRKS btw
Hey man, you or anyone else notice the similarities between this break down and the intro to the song "The New Reality" by code orange? I want to know if landmarks did this as a tribute or if it a stunning coincidence. Thanks !
I honestly didn’t notice, but now that you bring it up, I hear it.
All the songs of this new album out now are great! Rainfall, Paralyzed and Overrated. Kind of interested what you're opinions are of the end of Rainfall.
You want to experience their pit, check out the Wake Up Call video! 🔥
I would have guessed the V was to allow them to use a name that had already been established in the industry. Landmarks, Paris and Churches are fairly common words that other bands surely have used?
I saw them in Feb 2019 live as a suporting act for while she sleeps and yes the pit was fcking brutal 💪🏽💪🏽
Edit: Straight form the path was also a suporting act for while she sleeps (same concert)
You must listen the song "rainfall" from This Band 👍👍👍👍👍
RAINFALL!
i can tell you: the pit of this breakdown is absolutely brutal, i was there
Hell yeah!
His higher screaming reminds me of Chester from early Linkin Park. Liked the song. Even the low screaming was a cool switch that I wasn't expecting and for me it lasted the perfect amount of time even though I'm not crazy about it. They’re just nasty. Fucking love them.
