Saddle problem could be you change from drop bars to flat bar your body is in a different paristion on bike fit might help.
Yes there is a bit of that going on...a bike fit is the correct way to go about this
No loop the loop stop!! - Have you tried fizik saddles - they have always been good for me comfort wise.
No i haven't...i changed again last week and spent a few hours on the bike, its improved but i think i can do better
