I recently had to reject a marriage proposal because she not only strongly believed in manifestation, but also preaches it to everyone she gets the chance to. There is also this girl on YT called Zehra who talks about manifestation and the comments below it were depressing seeing how people were just so happy to believe that nonsense.

Honestly, life feels so much better knowing it’s not “chance” where things happen and how “it’s up to us”. Alhamdulillah the fact that we have our amazing creator caring for us and guiding us. It feels so much better knowing he cares and he’s the one looking after us rather than relying on the “universe” Alhamdulillah.

Law of attraction is expecting what you want.
Relying on Allah is accepting what He gives you.
Such deep powerful words. If we truly understand the latter combined with the hadith, Iam what My servant thinks of Me, it actually realigns our whole mindset towards a more mentally and spiritually liberating, healing and positive state, thus allowing more concerted efforts towards betterment without giving up, even when outcome is not according to our expectations.
    JazakAllah khayran Sheikh n team.

There’s one more thing I would add, sometimes you wish for something that isn’t good for you. So when you don’t get it, you think your prayers/wishes weren’t answered, but you were saved by not getting that wish answered. Many of us can remember wishing for things in our lives and now looking back and knowing that it was a blessing that the wish was denied. JAK for another great lecture.

Very important topic nowadays. New age movement has taken over many people and even Muslims nowadays. Some people even apply practices and beliefs of New Age movement not even knowing what they are following.
I personally know Muslims who stopped calling themselves Muslims after they joined some business, life coaching courses, and some of them are mixed with new age propaganda.
It’s really sad that really good Muslims loose their faith due to those wealth and life pleasures oriented beliefs.

@@meowsaymeowAllah, اَلظَّاهِرُ says in Hadith qudsi 19: “Pride is My Ridaa’ (cloak), and Greatness is My Izaar (lower garment), and whoever claims to share with Me either one of them, I will cast him into Hellfire.”
Please do not talk without knowledge, that's ignorance.
People cannot manifest anything, as that is assuming you can get something without god's permission, without god's knowledge.
Manifesting is when you think about an object often and with focus until you "receive" it.
Basically, it's the idea that if you want something, you can will it into existence. Which in Islam does not exist. Everything is already predestined by Allah.
You are awfully adamant on trying to prove that manifestation, law of attraction, (shirk) is halal. It's not.

Salam sheikh! what about the concept of makafat e amal, that we get a return on our amaal (actions) - whether good or bad, and its usually in the context of hurting people so transgressing the rights of others, does this have a bearing in Islam?

and is it true that due and deeds - good or bad, can change Qadr?

    • @Zakaria_Hasanat
      @Zakaria_Hasanat 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@mariyamsaeed8279
      Aw, my message got deleted.
      وعليكم السلام
I am not the sheikh, but I will try to answer to the best of my abilities
I do not know urdu, but mafakat e Amal, its literal meaning is "consequences of your actions" but similar to the English idiom of "what comes around goes around", which is the same thing as karma. He said in the video, that it is not in Islam.
When it comes to the rights of others, in the context of transgressing others, wronging others, he said in the video, Allah does not pardon on the behalf of others. You would have to ask for forgiveness from the person.
I will use Sahih al-Bukhari 2449 for the next examples
(The prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever has oppressed another person concerning his reputation or anything else, he should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but if he has good deeds, those good deeds will be taken from him according to his oppression which he has done, and if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him.")
Let's say for example, if you did something wrong to a person, but asked for forgiveness from them and they accepted. Allah will not punish you, but instead might give more Hasanat, more blessings for the person that was wronged.
But let's say you did wrong, and did not ask for forgiveness before death, the person that was wronged, could take from your good deeds, or give their bad deeds to you, in equal to the amount of wrong you did to the person, not more or less.
And for the second one, I am not sure, so I will tell you what I got from others, du'a and good deeds can indeed change qadr, if... He wills. If it's something that's good for you, yes, but if its bad, no.
Let's say... You made du'a for a worldly sense, 10 grand. And Allah prevents an accident that you did not have knowledge of, it was meant to happen, which would have cost 10 grand, but because of the du'a, the accident didn't.
The qadr was changed, just not in the way you expected.
But let's say, you made a du'a to have someone, but Allah has knowledge of what you do not know, so... He does not give the person to you, but instead gives someone better.
The Qadr can indeed be changed by du'a, but just in ways you did not expect, 3 methods
      1. he gives what you want
      2. He makes you wait, but he still gives it to you
      3. He does not give it to you, but in return he gives something better.
Du'a is just overall a good thing. And Allah knows the rest.

This aspect of life being of seconds. It is. No doubt. It'll pass. To have people who are a cause for faith to decline. Live on autopilot. Same old brain that got run over as a child. This isn't a tiny aspect. One can't just say it's life of seconds so go around and choose to spend with whomever. Negative positive energy.

    Hier ist die deutsche Übersetzung:
    Dua (Bittgebet):
    • Die Erwartungen offen halten
    • Akzeptieren, was Allah für dich entscheidet
    1. Du erhältst das, was du dir wünschst.
    2. Das, was du dir wünschst, wird verzögert.
    3. Dein Wunsch wird durch etwas Besseres ersetzt.
    4. Dein Wunsch wird für das Jenseits bewahrt.
    Warum?
Allah weiß, was du jetzt noch nicht weißt, aber was später besser für dich ist.
    Hadith:

    As Salam alaykum,
I heard from some people that they believe if they manifest something using law of attraction from other sources rather than Allah SWT then they are getting those manifestation results as the way they want
Can you please give a brief lecture on this

You said it erases the sins of the past, but what about the sins of the future in Allah's knowledge? (if I think I did nothing wrong in the past to deserve to suffer for)

Will that make the plant grow. Like humans have energy an aspect in them, like they need spiritual nourishment of heart through dhikr, similarly they need food for physical growth same applies to plants. People are did research effect of words on water, we are water plants are water, to think words have no effect would be wrong. As you said in previous video say good words because good energy. In a world of negative and positive we're supposed to strive to live like in paradise. Don't get me wrong lest someone takes it to some other direction. Positive. Think positive. Husn al dhan. Think positive of Allah. Think positive of people, don't backbite. Doing negative disrupts harmony. And since this is part 2 of manifesting law of harmony is also part of manifesting.

If they say by applying the law of attraction, you can have as much money as you want and also get whatever you want !. Why then they are not wealthier than Elon Musk, and does not have everything that they want,if that is the case !
I personaly always had doubts about this so called "Law of Attraction".

When you say one prayed and it goes according to our plan but it didn't turn out well then we think negative of Allah. What you said is our plan was actually Allah's plan. Can one run away from qadr? How can you attribute this to the person.

I agree with everything he said about laws of attraction etc and that only Allah is in control. But scholars /speakers tend to push their own ideology on people as well. They’re flawed. I totally disagree with him on when he said about “wishful thinking” that’s not true. I’ve seen people get partners in life and other things without doing a thing! Without making efforts. The best of people have suffered after making big efforts for a lot of things. That’s life it’s up to god but the speakers should emphasise that anything is possible because of Allah whether you can make effort or not. It’s not just wishful thinking. Allah guides you to feel and think a certain way. Speakers say a lot of things that are just their own perspective and share it like it’s facts!!

Thank you. I did not say anything from my own opinion :) They are all well researched from classical scholars. May I ask what you meant by ‘wishful thinking’ and getting the right spouse without doing anything? Can we merely wish and it comes? When we say this is wishful thinking, we are talking about avoiding the attitude of sitting and doing nothing except wish and hope ask Allah without acting also, sometimes Allah does guide things towards us and we towards it, but relying on Allah requires doing what is within your ability as well.

@@belal.assaad i think the person want to say that Allahs Qadr isn´t restricted to our efforts, for dunya and akhira, sometimes you have small actions besides fard, but because of your intention and the immense mercy of Allah you get amazingly high rewards, like in the story you mentioned, sometimes big deeds aren´t accepted because of lack of tahid, in dunya sometimes people do not work hard but get much more than those who work hard, so you should make dua acording to Allahs power and capability, not according to your own capability, we don´t have any, what we see as "delusional/ wishful thinking" is according to our circumstences, even us blinking with our eyes isn´t something small and only with Allahs permission it is possible, for someone who is ill health could be delusional, for someone who is poor, being rich is delusional, but we see people with this blessings, and Allah is able to bless whomever He wants, so we never should stop asking, the prophet sallahu alayhi wa sallam said that we should make dua for Jannatul firdaus which bigger dua than that is out there? we can´t make this dua according to our actions, because our actions aren´t enough to pay even one day of the blessings of Allah in this world. So yes we should show some kind of good will and try our best, but everyone i a miskeen infront of Allah and we need Him for everything.

Really we can take it from oh the non Muslims it's shirk but all knowledge is from Allah. If only we see it from how Allah tells it without shirk. In book the power of your subconscious mind say the affirmation morning evening night. Do we not do adhkars in those times. What is wrong if we say our desire then.
