Does the wok feel pretty heavy duty? I've been debating which one to get....Chinese or american.....cast iron or carbon steel....handle or no handle
El Sparky it’s great quality and fits perfectly. I’ve had a cast iron wok before and it’s obviously not as heavy duty as that. Compared to some woks it’s much heavier duty. The key is it has small handles so it allows the lid to be shut and you can still lift it in and out easily.
@@MeatSmokeFire nice, thanks! I may end up with two...one with a longer handle and one without. I just bought two of the half-moon reversible cast iron griddles, ill definitely be ready for the summer.
