I think they use the video from the design team that won the bid for the AMK station contract. So the video is perhaps from the contractor/designer whose design will be used for the CRL AMK Station. This might not necessary be an LTA original video. The format and presentation style showcasing the features/layout/design of the station is a typical proposal done by firms that participate for contracts. The technical style and model design format.

The proposed "green spaces" at AMK Town Garden East looks terrible. So much exposed concrete! It is going to be super hot and uninviting. Currently the park is so beautiful and green, please try to preserve it.
They have already destroyed half of the garden. The Angsana greenery is all gone. Every morning, passengers are being roasted in the hot sun when lining up at the top platform waiting for the miserable train to appear.
I seriously don't understand why is there a need to build a Teck Ghee station when ANG MO KIO MRT station is just a stone throw away. Really waste of money, causing inconvenience to all residents and they just simply killed most of the greenery at the Ang Mo Kio garden that was next to it. Now, with so much greenery gone, the weather in Ang Mo Kio is getting so much more hotter than before. The money should have been spent on creating stations for other places that need at least a MRT station or improvements to MRT stations like what we hear of shortage of MRT station routes for the West side of Singapore
All that chaos, jams and greenery destruction for the next 10 years isn't worth it. Just take the current Thomson line delay debacle (delays were pre pandemic). Like most ministries, MOT is looking for ways to keep their jobs/ salaries. Most staff work from home while the private sector staff are returning back to work. Seriously irritated wt this regime
