+Big Zee Also literally every comic has bits that they do. It's not like they come up with a brand new show every 2 days. When comedians tour they just give the same show in different places. So regardless of when this was made, he's given the same exact bits dozens of times, before and after the what. you've seen, that's just the one he recorded.

When people complain about reused material when they don't even know these were test audiences for their specials so they know what is and isn't funny. That's also why the punch line on these jokes aren't as fluent.
I also thinked he was kinda nervous, cause pressenting new stuff and that, it is knowed he suffer for anxiety

People are mad about repeated material, tbh I just feel weirdly proud of little Bo gaining so much confidence by the time What came out
I think its more along the lines that he got used to the bits and they became second nature to him. He had to perform them a lot for his tour so by the time of "what" he'd probably done the exact same stuff hundreds of times before. Probably what led to the "Knock-over water" bit too.

It feels a little rushed. His timing is far better in his show What. that is one of the best stand up shows i have ever seen :)
It's because in this particular performance he has a limited amount of time because other comedians come on after him.Not like his performance in "What" where he has the whole hour to himself

Asking for new material every show is like asking for a new song from musicians every show. I've seen this comparison used a lot in the comments but I guess it's hard to read for some people.
It's great how Bo completely nailed his routine for What. It's amazing how far it had come and became my favorite comedy routine.

I remember many years ago when he was just a kid who would record his videos on TH-cam and being just around his age, I always felt like he was too good to just be doing songs in his room. It's crazy how far he's gotten, so proud!

It is so amazing to see how much more confidence he has in his stand up specials from this year's Netflix special compare to this small routine he had when he started getting bigger stages. You can tell with him saying thank you all the time during this act but in other specials and places on tours now a days he is way more relaxed from joke to joke.

It was really cool seeing a new variant of one of my favorite Bo songs. I really liked the way he emphasized different lyrics on this one. I also liked how he had subtle variations in the notes that were fun to pick up on. His other song, sad, was good too I guess
