Parents! Let's have a heart to heart. I'm watching as the last 5 years have made life significantly harder for teens and young adults.
I see the impact of a math program that doesn't work and a literacy rate that's far lower than it was in 1948.
I see employers frustrated with the Gen Z employees they're hiring.
I see a generation of people entering the workforce who are set up to fail.
