Coming from the mx world, I've followed her for a few years. I used to be a diehard Nascar fan, but that changed some when Dale Sr. died, and I haven't watched a race since Jr. retired. But I would cheer for Hailee

I'm happy to see that Dale Jr and Kelley, especially Kelley have taken an interest to Hailie Deegan as a legit driver. Kelley said in a Coffee with Kyle Petty interview that if Hailie was to be brought in the right way up through the top 3 ranking series, she could be successful in Cup racing. I think Hailie has a bright future ahead of her if the right business decisions are made and if she works her ass off on the track!

Guys, I am totally onboard with Hailie's success. She's an incredibly gifted and ultra talented driver first of all. But the sad thing is, Kelly made a statement about not getting results right away and you get pushed to the side. Fortunately for Hailie, her dad has been able to coach her and help her financially get to a point she is able to be successful which is fantastic for her. But without being hated to badly because I am CERTAINLY not taking away from this young lady's talent or wonderful personality because she has worked hard to get where she is. But NASCAR has become so financially unattainable that it sucks for many drivers who could very well drive circles around some of these people. Only professional sports where there's no free agency so to speak. It's all about who has the biggest pockets is who's kids get to race professionally in many many cases. If you weren't born into it, you don't get to do it. Hailie on the other hand deserves every break she gets.
I'm excited about Hailie racing at this level. She works hard and like Keri said she has a great attitude and work ethic. I'm a fan and no matter what I will support her and look forward to her 1st Cup Series victory!! Not going to be a band wagoner, I'm going to be a believer! Very excited about her future and the energy she is bringing.
Speaking of passing on the last lap.... I THINK I remember Dale Earnhardt winning 4 consecutive IROC races leading a grand total of 1 lap per race. good strategy is part of racing... Been along time but I’m pretty sure my memory is holding on. I loved the IROC races
I watched hallie at Sonoma, she is the real deal. Unbelievably talented at such a young age. Personality, charisma, and charm...this girl will be the first to win a nascar cup race. Guaranteed!!!
She is better prepared coming up through the ranks that Danica was coming from Indy car. Many are wondering if she could end up at Jr. Motorsports and that may be a stretch since she is in a Toyota contract.

That's common knowledge. Kelley was a better driver than both of her brothers. Kelley was not better than her dad though. He was the greatest race car driver in NASCAR's history

Hailie Degan is my favorite driver. Back in the day I was a Tony Stewart fan and loved watching Nascar. Ever since he stoped racing I lost interest in the CUP series. I got back into nascar because of Hailie's blogs 2 years ago in the Truck series. And I love watching Chase, Miller and Hailie. I again am excited for the weekend listening on the scanner app I wish Nascar Raceview or even just having a 2D MAP with numbers going around it would be amazing so you can follow your driver. Couldn't agree more Kelly NASCAR has long needed top running female drivers and I believe this girl is it you can tell it's all about the racing with her and while I agree it should be celebrated on track she should be considered a driver.
I am not sure enough can be said about this young lady. I think her versatility in so many different forms of racing is her biggest asset. It seems like I remember some another nascar driver that raced off-road trucks and motocross.... Hmmm can't recall his name.. oh yeah Maybe it was Jimmie Johnson :0). He raced off road trucks before coming to run some Nascar races. I think Her father Brian has done an outstanding job exposing her to so many different types of racing. I see this young lady making it to the highest tier in Nascar and be a legitimate contender week after week. I am glad to hear her say she is willing to take her time and put in the work in the lower series. I was a fan of Danica, but I felt like she went too fast. Why Tony Stewart didn't have her racing winged sprints on Dirt in the off season is beyond me. Hallie will put in the work. I am enjoying watching her race. Thanks Dale and Kelly!
Been following her racing since she was in the kid offroad karts. Followed her through the Pro lite class in the CORR series. Watches her races in late models and now in K&N west series. I really believe that if she continues her upward climb she will at some time be a Nascar champion. Her mentality when she gets serious about a race after she gets in the car is top notch.

Hailie has a bright future ahead if she continues to play it smart like this. Time and time again, teams move drivers up too quickly and their careers are over before they can begin. Taking it slow is the best way. I'm excited for her future in the sport, and proud of what she's already accomplished.
Hats off to Kelley and Dale for the support they are giving these young racers, and female racers in general. Miss Dedham has go fast in her blood and I personally think she will be an ambassador for NASCAR, and bring more young women to the sport as fans and drivers.
I've seen Kelly race many times at Myrtle Beach Speedway, she knows how to handle a car, I felt like this was a job interview for Hailie, but with Hailie signed to Toyota it would take a lot of politic to get her on to Jr. Motorsports, but for some reason I think Kelly has a lot of input and gets her way, maybe down the road Hailie could be driving for Jr. Motorsports, lots of people are saying her driving style is a lot like Dale Sr.
I love watching this girl race, unlike some female racers, blaming everything that goes wrong on everyone but themselves (Danika Patrick), she actually has talent and loves the sport
That little chatter box is going to the next big thing in NASCAR. If all goes well in a few years she wins a cup event and we will see NASCAR back where it was in the 90s and 2000s. She can definitely run that car
As the father of an 11 year old girl and avid race fan, I'm looking for ways to get involved in the racing world to help support growing interest in and helping your women to get into the sport and thrive. Now, if the Mega Millions pays off this weekend, Ill start a team. Until them I just need to find opportunities to use my performance coaching and business skills to do what I can. Dale, you are a fantastic interviewer and appreciate the insights you bring.

When she talks, I can see her Dad's outlook. I think her parents did a great job preparing her for the media. I love that she doesn't back down either. She's tough.

I am not sure enough can be said about this young lady. I think her versatility in so many different forms of racing is her biggest asset. It seems like I remember some another nascar driver that raced off-road trucks and motocross.... Hmmm can't recall his name.. oh yeah Maybe it was Jimmie Johnson :0). He raced off road trucks before coming to run some Nascar races. I think Her father Brian has done an outstanding job exposing her to so many different types of racing. I see this young lady making it to the highest tier in Nascar and be a legitimate contender week after week. I am glad to hear her say she is willing to take her time and put in the work in the lower series. I was a fan of Danica, but I felt like she went too fast. Why Tony Stewart didn't have her racing winged sprints on Dirt in the off season is beyond me. Hallie will put in the work. I am enjoying watching her race. Thanks Dale and Kelly!
Been following her racing since she was in the kid offroad karts. Followed her through the Pro lite class in the CORR series. Watches her races in late models and now in K&N west series. I really believe that if she continues her upward climb she will at some time be a Nascar champion. Her mentality when she gets serious about a race after she gets in the car is top notch.

Hailie has a bright future ahead if she continues to play it smart like this. Time and time again, teams move drivers up too quickly and their careers are over before they can begin. Taking it slow is the best way. I'm excited for her future in the sport, and proud of what she's already accomplished.

Hats off to Kelley and Dale for the support they are giving these young racers, and female racers in general. Miss Dedham has go fast in her blood and I personally think she will be an ambassador for NASCAR, and bring more young women to the sport as fans and drivers.
I've seen Kelly race many times at Myrtle Beach Speedway, she knows how to handle a car, I felt like this was a job interview for Hailie, but with Hailie signed to Toyota it would take a lot of politic to get her on to Jr. Motorsports, but for some reason I think Kelly has a lot of input and gets her way, maybe down the road Hailie could be driving for Jr. Motorsports, lots of people are saying her driving style is a lot like Dale Sr.

I love watching this girl race, unlike some female racers, blaming everything that goes wrong on everyone but themselves (Danika Patrick), she actually has talent and loves the sport
That little chatter box is going to the next big thing in NASCAR. If all goes well in a few years she wins a cup event and we will see NASCAR back where it was in the 90s and 2000s. She can definitely run that car

Colette G, Hailie Deegan hasn't accomplish squat in the NASCAR big leagues. She's a dud as a professional race car driver.

Hailie is the Real Deal! My sister and I raced growing up and she never got a fair shot and she was a hell of a driver. I hope Hailie goes all the way!
