I have been using the Zoom ultravibe speed craw for years, for flipping, C-Rig and trailer for my chatter baits. but I use a 4/0 offset hook for mine it fits the bait perfect. I bought some Supra Frys a few years ago at Academy on clearance for C-rigs and have not been disappointed.
It's been my favorite punching and finesse jig trailer bait since it came out, wish they had a few more colors blue, chart, and purple. I also wish it was 4" instead of 3.5 so it would be more versatile
We need a breakdown on the jighead minnow deal. Christie and Gussy the last two classics, and Wheeler at Guntersville all won with some variation of this. It appears to be the next big deal.
I like the Rage Craw on my swim jigs and I catch a lot of fish that way , if im not using the Rage Craw I will be using a Keitech , one of the two will usually be productive for me . I will be trying that scounbug real soon .
I Like the tell us what u think Before u try and after u try. Don't worry aout buying all the baits we suggest just the ones that intrigue you that we suggest. Definitely different then what else is out on TH-cam land. Love your content..
Just picked up my first chick magnets, would love to hear when and where you throw it and color preference. Love the action. Keep the videos coming always enjoy your no BS approach!
I fish them really shallow in mudstained water in their bright colors in winter and early spring. Caught a 6 lb 4 oz and 5 lb 9 oz this spring on "my little local lake". The 5 9 came out of 1 foot of water adjacent to a floating dock.
If you’re going to test baits or review baits that people want you to, just put up a survey giving 3-4 choices of what people want to see. Let the vote decide.
2 years ago I started using the OPT Supa Fry based off of one of your videos. Absolutely love them on my Carolina Rig. I pretty much stick to the Chartreuse Pepper color as my 1st choice here on just about every East Tn Lake followed by Magic. I made my first BFL Reginal last year because of it. Half the boaters I drew asked me what the hell I was using because it just got bit. It even worked on a Shakey head and in a pinch I use it on a weighted wacky jig head to skip around docks and under trees. I wish I knew someone at Strike King who can maybe get them to make it in Moon Juice. (Wink Wink). Reason I want a moon Juice color is that is my go to in the fall Neko rigging a fat baby finesse worm shallow and deep for those shad eaters and I think that color in a supa Fry would be perfect for the shad attacking fish. Can't wait to get a hold of the Scounbug and try it out on a jig and Carolina rig.
I like throwing them on swimjigs and football jigs a lot... its like the ragebug with a little less plastic so if falls faster and doesnt have as much lift. I haven't tried it yet on a Carolina rig yet but a couple weeks ago a lot of the fish i caught on toledo were puking up crawfish in the livewell so i can see where it would be nice as a stand alone bait also.
I throw strike king over other brands 10-1 I just love em. It seems like a rage craw with rage bug tentacles that would be the gap it fills. Just my thoughts. Still a beautiful bait.
Enjoy all of your videos!!! Just want to rant a little...Still can't get my hands on the Owner Haymaker Hooks anywhere...What has it been like 2 years now since they came out??? CRAZY...
Curious if you have looked at any of the core tackle hover rig hooks? Saw a video where they were dogging it. Curious what you think and if it’s something in your arsenal or not.
Same. My first impression was instantly swim and somewhat more compact jigs. It's a solid bait. I don't care too much for Strike King stuff but their soft plastics are some of the best on the market.
@dustinwalker8152 I like the X Zone muscle back finesse craw, but they lose their claws too easily. The scounbugs are more expensive, but are much more durable.
I am a big Strike King guy there are so many out there I would love to see some of the old ones being used now.. Can you throw the 4s I wanna know when and where to throw it thanks
We have a lot of low docks and the Yamamoto Yamatanuki works well and is the best skipping bait ever. Unweighted Owner 4/0 Twistlock fits well and makes them last longer.
Good stuff. Can you put a link for the baits? I have to go to Mickey balls video and search your bait. lol. Thought you would know my pain. Most pro give a link not everyone has them. Big pain! Thx. I’ll try this Scounbug on my stand up jig, and Tokyo rig lite rig. And Texas rig. That’s all I use. I use finesse mostly 1/8 oz. Biggest weight I use! I’ll try them for trailers. Thx keep the faith! 👍🥸🙏

Good Stuff Todd! Still waiting on the dirty waters, okie waters, or whatever that one is called. Hopefully you still plan on doing it.
Really enjoying the content. Loved the deep water series, Hallman and Upshaw just are jealous of the in depth aproch...
Bait recommendation: The BANJO MINNOW
Nice try 😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂

Not a bait, but you may try using a BFS baitcasting setup instead of a spinning rod/reel for lightweight lures.
Thanks for your work.
Still would love to have a Hybrid Hunter Jr in silent version.
First video on the subject of bait/lures was great bro! I can't wait to see you go down the rabbit hole. *hello darkness my old friend.....*
Great finesse/ winter time jig trailer. Texas rigs. Ned rig! It's 🔥
How about a review of the Geecrack Bellows Shad and the Deps Cover Scat. Nice review of the Scounbug
Look forward to this weekly!
Oh and. Love the rage crawl. Thats my favorite for my jig
The choose the bait series would be awesome!
We need a breakdown on the jighead minnow deal. Christie and Gussy the last two classics, and Wheeler at Guntersville all won with some variation of this. It appears to be the next big deal.
Is the haymaker hook still in your arsenal? When that hook came out you were all in on it being a game changer
I like the Rage Craw on my swim jigs and I catch a lot of fish that way , if im not using the Rage Craw I will be using a Keitech , one of the two will usually be productive for me . I will be trying that scounbug real soon .

Man your telling all the secrets....that baits been a fish catcher!
Just picked up my first chick magnets, would love to hear when and where you throw it and color preference. Love the action. Keep the videos coming always enjoy your no BS approach!
You should figure out when and where you like to throw it. And your color preference.

I do like the poll idea.
I throw the bady destroyer in shrapnel on clear lakes. Like Jacksonville Texas
Man I kinda wish you kept this one a secret 😂

I saw a bag of Duo Realis Namase gill/shad whichever it was in your boat once, talk to us about it.

Trust me I've had some talks as well. Still don't know why
Do some test on hover rigs
Thanks for the introduction >
Curious if you have looked at any of the core tackle hover rig hooks? Saw a video where they were dogging it. Curious what you think and if it’s something in your arsenal or not.
I love the 3.5 scounbug on a power finesse jig. Ill also turn it vertical and use it on a swim jig. Its really durable as well.

Definitely going to fit a lot of situations!
Thank you Todd when i wanted a slimmer profile i would go to the menace. How does this new bug compare similarities and differences? Thanks again
do the bass pro crack craw in green pumpkins good little bait!!!
I am a big Strike King guy there are so many out there I would love to see some of the old ones being used now.. Can you throw the 4s I wanna know when and where to throw it thanks
How can you not take the poop baits hitting the market now and do a 1 bait Day challenge/review???
You should try that poppin perch strike king makes…
I’m flipping that little snack!
We have a lot of low docks and the Yamamoto Yamatanuki works well and is the best skipping bait ever. Unweighted Owner 4/0 Twistlock fits well and makes them last longer.
Is this like a scounbug?
Its a poop style bait. Heavy plastic
Ok I just didn’t understand the correlation with th scounbug
None.. haha. Probably more a bait suggestion
@@toddcastledinefishing5924 Sorry, I thought you were looking for unique baits to try.
you were all hot on the Haymaker hook why aren't you using it on the scounbug?
You throw the 4” or the smaller one
Amen ! Good video Brother !
Good stuff. Thanks.
