There might be, I imagine PCGamingWiki would have what you're looking for if anything is known, but I've avoided looking into it, because I recommend not going above 60fps in old Assassin's Creed games anyway, if at all bearable to the player. Those classic games start to have unresolvable issues at high framerates.

when you play ac2 on pc, do you use keyboard and mouse or controller?
I typically use KBM but I always recommend controller, if possible. Old AC games play better on analog sticks.
