Hey look at the bright side. The rebuild will go a lot faster if we end up with the 1st overall pick😂. We can trade that puppy down and get stocked up on draft picks. Address our needs and build around DM. If we played well this year it would just take longer to stock up the talent. Then when we find a real coach and coordinators they'll at least have some talent to work with.
Next time you see mayo , could you please ask him why we have not seen Javon baker yet , his play can’t be any worse then Polk ,Thornton, or Osborn, his route running maybe rough but Jesus maybe . He can catch the ball . It’s worth a shot in my opinion.

Just complaining to complain tbh. That’s not that big of a deal when they should just be happy Drake got in and suddenly the line looks better and we started scoring points again. But they did it too late and now the defense is checked out mentally besides the injuries.
We had not scored in over 2 quarters of football. we scored you have a free point you could have taken (should) . Then your down 8 a 1 score game and your defense has belief and logic that if we get a stop we could tie . When you fail on the 2 your down 9 making it a 2 score game and scoring is not your specialty it sucked the life out the team analytical your screwed take the 1
To be a good leader you do not need to be feared or fear monger. You can earn the respect of others by getting to know them, caring about them, having their backs and listening to them. Instilling fear does not mean you are a better leader but its part of the seismic shift over the past 5 plus years where people realize they do not need to be treated like garbage at their workplaces. The challenge is being authoritative and driving fear is easier in the short term than caring and earning your team's respect through positive action. Nowadays if a boss treats an employee like garbage and instills fear the employee ia going to change jobs or mentally check out.

Newer generations don't deal with past generations BS mentality of yelling and screaming and be littling. You are telling me you want to be screamed at and the fear instilled in you and walking on eggshells at work everyday? As a leader once you get to know the individual you then adjust your style to get them best out of that person. Some like to be coached hard and others like a different approach. One size fits all is old.
It all comes down to CULTURE! There is no Culture in NE right now. Detroit has a Culture and they are all bought in. KC has a Culture, SF has a Culture (just banged up).

I really don’t understand the big deal about the 2 point conversion. We needed to score twice and we needed to go for 2 at some point.
