How to make a balcony separator

In this project, we will learn how to make a balcony separator.
For me is something essential for people who live in an apartment, and want to take advantage of the small space we have outside.
Whit this, the neighbor couldn't spy on us.
My idea is that in the future there will be a lot of green tangled around this.

7 2m long 2x4 pine braces
Vinyl glue (polyurethane)
Screws
Varnish with UV protection
