I might even make it with leftover mashed potatoes instead of grated potatoes. ...and the pie on the potato crust, i personally would skip the cheese and just use oil. But im definitely thinking of doing that or something similar.
I'm on korea. and this potato recipe looks like korean traditional food potato pancake. so I tried this recipe, it similar with korean food but little different so was yummy. thx for share recipe. and also video's color and camera composition is so delicious. appreciate^^
