Thank you so much Southern Sass... Ladybird is such a delight- she's the sweetest dog- our Rescue- and we love her so much! She's Super Spoiled... but also a TERRIFIC Dog... She meditates with me every morning... she's my Pal!
A time when living in the South is a drawback. But what about southern leaves that would work? We could always dip them in gold or silver or another color?
Any Tropical Foliage- that is softer, thinner and more flexible... for Example... NO on Magnolia... heheh! Some thoughts... Fatsia Leaves, Galax Leaves- or Large Ivy Leaves... Tropical: Ti Leaves, Ginger Leaves... and now you have me thinking... I wonder If I can do this HOSTA Leaves... stay tuned! Thanks for the question!
It is so creative to use fall leaves to make a rose. Have any other leaves can create like Fall leaf roses? Enjoy this video to learn that some foliages can make another floral artwork. I always believe floral creators always can use some common materials to do other great artwork. Thank you. Expect to see your next interesting, creative floral design.
Depends - I put these OUTSIDE and they are still looking good today- but inside they dry quickly - but they also look good dried... so give it a try - I'm sure you'll have good results Bethany!
I've never tried... but you could try putting them in glycerine - they do dry quite nicely... I place them in my outdoor decor... and they last a long time... Let me know if you try something that works!
Thank you so much Naho for your concern- and I am aware of the caffeine overdose danger- that can occur when a dog consumes a large quantity of coffee... Ladybird has always had an affinity for coffee- I think it's more about the Cream- Organic Half and Half that I use liberally- in my coffee... my coffee is a tan colored at best... hehehe! However I was concerned and asked my vet about the dangers of me sharing a few laps with Ladybird... she will not leave my side- until she has a few laps every day... (and she won't partake of BLACK COFFEE or TEA)... She has been having a few laps from my cup every day- since she arrived with us as a rescue about 4 years ago... (I am wary and VERY careful to not allow her full access to a cup- because she would indeed finish it... and that would be of concern...) In addressing her zealous affinity for coffee with our Vet- I asked if her having a lap or two from my cup would be of concern... here's their response "There's no antidote for caffeine poisoning in dogs, so the best you -- or your vet -- can do is induce vomiting. BUT - Only do this if you think your dog has consumed a lot of coffee -- lapping at your coffee cup a few times doesn't count."... I so appreciate your concern- and am thankful that you reached out... We are very conscientious about her health and wellness... and want you to know I take all the necessary precautions... Thanks so much Naho for your concern!!!!
