    When you are depressed it’s hard to even get out of bed but exerscing I think is key to feeling better

      100%. It’s easy to say but hard to do. But worth it if you can!

    Talong antindepressants for at least 10 years on and off, had severe depression 2 times . Has helped but side effects are low sex drive and confusion.
    But I’m still exersicing regularly, light weight training and jogging

      That is one of the big problems with any medication… side effects. But glad you are routinely exercising now!

      I just change playback to 0.75 if someone talks fast on TH-cam! You shouldn’t have to change who you are 😊

      @@sophiemeads5243 I appreciate it! But I also do appreciate the feedback because if a lot of people are saying that I want at least be aware of it. I edit my videos in 2x speed so 1x speed sounds so slow to me to begin with so I would have no idea what others think!
