We are couple, and have a happy married life from last more than 7 years.
This is just a simple Question,
We are planning to get ourselves Registered in CARA for adoption
AFTER REGISTRATION AND HSR BEING DONE, IF IN CASE WE CHANGE OUR MIND, CAN WE CANCEL THE REGISTRATION?
Means, if by chance we change our mind for adoption do we have the right to get our registration being cancelled or we had to adopt the child only after registration

Sir, my registration year is 2018-19 for a baby girl. But still I have not got and my seniority level is increased from 69 to 71 and most strange thing is that if my seniority level is increased in one state, the other selected two states' seniority level be also increased in the same manner. Sir, please guide me how many years I have to wait for a baby?

I had one Question, After the receipt of the referral letter, An Individual Unmarried adult of close relative
can give the Guardianship letter to the prospective adoptive parents (Means if a close
relative who is Unmarried and an adult of age below 40 years, can give the
Guardianship letter, if in case of any miss happening happens to the prospective
parents or it has to be a married copule who can only give the referral letter)?

initially I choose girl option but now I want to go by no- choice. It seems my seniority increased by 400.
I have already a biological daughter, please tell me, does waiting time will increase if I go with no choice or it doesn’t matter?
The wait time is purely dependent upon number of children available in the system. There is no direct statistical correlation with your preference. But not having any specific choice of gender or State will definitely improve your Seniority , as you become eligible to receive a referral for either Gender or a wider choice of States. Having said that, adoption is not just a math game, and you should be completely comfortable with the preference you opt for - it should not be dictated by your Wait list.

I have some Quieres, with respect to agencies, and After uploding the documents at CARA Website.
1. What is the fees to be given to the adoption agencies for doing the HSR, Home study report?
2. We had done the registration and even uploaded the documents, and choosen an agency out of the few available one., CAN THE AGENCY REJECT TO THE HSR?
3.The adoption agency choosen is little bit away from our home, DOES THE CARA HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE AGENCY WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT?
4. within how many days of uploding the documents does the adoption agency get the intimation from the CARA?

No, you cannot adopt an opposite gender. You can only opt for a male adoption in your case.

तुम्ही लवकर रजिस्ट्रेशन करा गुगल मध्ये कारा सर्च करून रजिस्ट्रेशन करायचं आहे गुगल मध्ये कारा सर्च करा ते तुम्हाला लॉगिन करायला सांगतात सगळे कागदपत्र पाठवायची तुम्ही काय काय सांगितलं आहे ते पाठवायचं आणि बाळासाठी अडोप्शन करून टाकायचं

It depends on how long back you have registered. There is an average wait time of 2-2.5 yrs to adopt a child in 0-2 yrs age group, from the time you register.
@@RailfanRajupatil PAPs who have not given a choice of gender are added to wait list of both boys and girls. Whichever seniority comes first, they will get a referral from that category.
