But way worth it 😉 It was my second time practicing wheelies today and let me tell you, the power of this thing is amazing. I sadly fell lol, but the bike will go right out from under you. Im glad more people are buying these bikes, hopefully there will be more telaria mods coming out
Got my Sting R in the mail yesterday. This thing is legit. Your videos have helped out too keep them up dude. Sucks I pre-ordered the headlight and switch for it from your video. Turns out second batch of sting Rs have different connectors.
Dang that is a bummer! I saw that Eric posted about it in one of the Facebook groups and had the name for the connector type. If you could order one, it’s only 2 wires you gotta snip and twist back together and you could change the headlight connector out to fit the square connector 🤷🏻♂️
I totally agree. This video was a fail 🥲 but I’ve got some fun riding stuff planned soon. Jumps, tracks, night pitbike races, maybe even some inverted freestyle once I hit 1000 subs? Who knows 🤷🏻♂️

Great video. After months of riding with the kit, and removing the plastic piece under the seat any issues? Does the plastic serve as anything but cosmetic? (Keep debris, water, etc.) Doing an underglow kit and I like your idea, just wondering if any issues with removing that plastic peice under the seat?
No issues. Honestly forgot I did it. I’ve ridden moto tracks, pit bike races, street, trails. Lights are still hanging in there and I honestly forgot it was removed. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 🤙🏽
That’s a darn good question 😂 but originally the plan was to tap into the headlight switch so I could daisy chain it off of that and have them on the same switch as the headlight. Didn’t end up working out tho. Woulda been way easier to just go into the brake light like you said and just use the fob for on and off for the lights
This is great, I was looking around to see videos for this and there weren't any! Also I would love to see a video on upgrading the brake pads. I'm nervous to buy pads and them not fit my R. Also my pads are squeaking pretty bad already after just 100 miles. Keep up the videos though!
Got you! Got the popular pads everyone says to get, sittin in the garage ready to go in this week! I gotta say I’m not happy with the stock brakes, so we’ll see if they’re worth the hype!
That’s cool! Any way to make the existing light on the bike from factory work as a brake light? Or a brake light with blinkers would be sweet. The kits online are expensive like $200-$300 haha
Yeah I would have liked the brake light to actually be functional, don’t mind the blinkers so much. I have seen the kits and like you said they’re pricey. Wonder if there’s a cheaper diy solution… 🤔
Yeah idk how long I’ll keep them on there with dirt riding and stuff in the future, but definitely a fun little night cruise setup for sure 🤙🏽 and thanks!

Can you find the name of the connector? I'll splice them no problem but can't find the name for the actual connector.
Or even the connector for your style head light. If you could find that one it would be awesome too .

Yeah I think it’s illegal to run blue or red. I stick to green for the most part 🤷🏻♂️

Dose the headlight and those lights drain the battery at all?
Has to drain the battery somewhat. Probably doesn’t help range that much, but it is less draw on the battery
