Here is a neat little hidden mechanic: in the first part of the level when you are fighting in the blacksmith's shop, there are two glittering water troughs. If you blow them up, you can use a cursed character to jump in the water of one and basically swim around under the floor eventually coming up in the other trough. There are tons of studs to find under the floor. I found this by accident and was surprised you or packattack did not find it first. Thought I would pass it on if you ever replay the game or are talking to someone else about this one in the future. I will be on the lookout for other places in the game where this mechanic may be used too.

Hmmm.. and you are sure you got all of the other ones? Have you tried a system restart yet? Sometimes a simple system restart will correct loading bug issues like this one.. it is worth a try a for sure if you have not yet tried.

Easier way to reach minikit 7 is if you take the second barrel to be right under the handle and push triangle/y it makes you jump high enough to automatically grab it
Again... what I did to get the minikit at the log pier is that I used a female character... & just did a double jump. It isn't as refined as jumping from pillar to pillar... but it gets the job done. It's just a question of being close enough to snag that item that you want.

For mini kit four you just had to push the green button not step on it
I used the riding barrel to get the minikit in the upper window instead of double jumping to the blue flag

You might try re-installing your game data.. NOT YOUR GAME SAVE DATA but the game install data. Often this will correct the issues too!
