For anyone who needs the red flower minikit, I found a solution that is a LOT quicker & will save you many tears lol. Use Marty & stand on the rock near the flowers. Shoot in the middle of the flowers & BAM!! There's your minikit.

for minikit #8, the one where you have to destroy the flowers I would suggest to pick Marty, stand in one place and just shoot - 3 shots and I had the minikit in the first try :)

instead of using a bomb guy you can just use Marty shoot about 2 times on those flowers it's way easier
I was playing with my granddaughter who is 5 and she said use Marty and it worked, it took 2 times to do it. We love your Videos.

Hi, I was wondering if you figured out the trophy for Play all extra toggle characters. Thank you.
Here is our Trophy/Achievement description for this moment:
When you go back and play the chapters in free play if you hit L2 or R2 you will cycle through a bunch of characters that aren’t on the characters list. Each chapter has a few different characters so you will not unlock this until the last chapter of the game. Turning on the Extra Toggle Red Hat will make this a little easier.
*Note* - Using the Red Hat Extra Toggle and cycling through every character in every chapter I actually earned this trophy on the chapter A Spanish Legacy in Film 4.*

That part where you take all the flowers out to get the mini kit if you used Marty his one blast will take all the flowers
Easiest way to do the red flowers is with Marty and his big musket
For minikit 8 use Marty. One blast.. Done.

Lego Batman 2, and then after that Lego Batman 3. I wanna get LB2's plat before the 7th, which I shouldn't have an issue with. Probably won't start LB3 right away though. I was gaming waaay too much last month and I'm so burned out lol
LB2 was our first real Lego game we covered here at HTG.. so things are a bit "off" if you will. No quick links and still figuring out our formula. However, we have not really had any complaints about it.. just feel like our more recent work is a bit more complete. Regardless, hit me up if you run into any questions along your journey!

Marty is great for taking out all of flowers. Only took me two shots
Marty is the easiest character to remove all the flowers at the same. Worth a check out guys !
If u it se Marty for mini kit number 8 you'll only have to shoot twice and probably get it on your first try

For red flower minikit, I would recommend using Davy Jones and his ground smash. It helped me
With part for the red flowers it's faster if you use Marty but your videos helped me to get through this to 100 percent so much easier.
I did the piano minikit and after words I did it again as Davy Jones and he just sat there like he was playing it with his tentacles like he does with his organ on the Dutchman
To anyone trying to work at the one at 9:26 I suggest that you use The Spinard because I tried like 50 times with Jacoby and failed Misserbley. But the spinard can throw bombs a lot faster than jacoby can. Just a little Advice.
I took the flowers out easily on the first try with Marty! Just blew the crap out of em!

For minikit 8, if you use Marty, he can shoot it out in two shots easy.
Oh, good, I'm not the only one who found that first mini kit to be a pain. The first go around, I fell so many times I lost every single stud. Wouldn't you know it, though, I did it just now with Blackbeard for no reason other than to destroy everything and get studs, and didn't have single problem.
At the red flowers two bombs are enough you just have to aim then throw at certain places

I did it first try with marty on the far right side and I shot at the middle-thought it would be useful to say
And oh yeah when you were talking about the whole thing like answer whatever having bed bugs on the bed the pirate the skeleton pirate actually has a map and I'm going to assume it's a magic mad because then you're able to see where the Spanish are going when you're looking through the telescope that is a map that they are looking at

In the first part of the game of this level I mean the thing that you said it was a piano it's actually not a piano historically it's actually a harpsichord where they had the like pluck like things that would pluck the strings and you have to play it really quickly because it doesn't hit like like a hammer doesn't hit the cord to make it sound longer it only plucked it you have to get off the keys really quickly order for it to play correctly and all it did was pluck the strings so it's a harpsichord just an FYI yeah back in the early 1800s when all the Dukes and all those wonderful people in the Pirates were roaming and stuff it was the harpsichord

i used marty and stood at the end and shoot the middle flower which got it
for the flowers use marty, stand on the opposite side of the river. stand close enough to shoot, let two gunshots rip. and you shall get it on your first try

i did it right 60 times and it didn't come up
That flower minikit is pretty much bull shit. Just sayin.. Tried for half an hour & got so pissed off I threw the controller across the room & turned off the Xbox without saving anything from the level. Even with a bomb guy it's still not working for me, even though I swear I've hit all the flowers at least 3 times. Any suggestions?
+Carli Stewart Lol yea.. some of them can be a bit difficult. I can remember a few over the years that stood out.. the flower is one of them!! As you saw in the video, it took me quite a few attempts too. We finally succeeded by starting on the left and targeting the 2nd flower in from the left, then just spamming the bomb button and pushing to the right... Really it is more luck than skill.. but hopefully this will help. You mentioned restarting the level.. you might try restarting your entire system too. Sometimes things get hung or whatnot and will not recognize things. Right now I had to start a level of Dimensions over because although I solved the color puzzle.. it isn't recognizing.. I am hoping I don't have to play it a 3rd time now! lol Good luck and let us know what happens!

Using bombs for the minikit is fucking disgusting!
