Zone 8 is usually the tamper switch on the main box or the outside siren box. It may mean you haven't closed the box properly.

Fault 2 is usually loss of date and time. Put in the correct time and the fault should disappear. It's usually Master Code + 6 + DDMMYYHHMM.
