Well there are certainly a lot of possibilities for our coast line. I've been considering buying something thats way too as n investment but I living in the middle between the mountain or beach. Its still close enought we go afew times a year just for day trips.

My family has been considering NC, and SC, possibly looking to build. 300k-450k close-ish to beach but have no idea where to start looking!
