I use the "ThinkTank Rain cover". It's like the durable one you showed, but it also has a mounting point to mount it to the hotshoe. This way it stay in place and if it's just slight rain, you can "flip" the see-through plastic, for a better view of the screen but it still protects the camera itself. Kinda nice.
