I can't wait till the rear wheels come in for the wifes 49 Ford. Ordered a few months ago. Was supposed to ship Aug 10th. Now new ship date is Dec 12th
Very cool that DJM threw some support your way. It's always cool to see company's helping out! I like the wheels, although I would have liked to see more sidewall and less wheel, just glad you found steelies that size!
Correction, thought you said earlier in the build you were going 18" for some reason, went back to listen again, still I like the wheels you went with!
You are definitely making it your own. Great job! I am a little concerned about 1 thing though, I noticed that on the left upper control arm, the frame had a wallowed out (or what seemed to me as oblonged) hole that you put the front bolt through. I hope you have cut a small piece of steel and welded it up to make it round again, I would hate to see that cause a problem for you in the future, as it could effect your alignment while driving it. Just a suggestion, not a criticism. I hope you don't think I'm being critical, just trying to help a brother out. You are doing an awesome job on it.
I haven’t modified anything on there. The oblong holes are from the factory. The little “cam” plates allow you to adjust them in or out and then tightening down the bolts lock them into place.
Oh, I see. Obviously I was making assumptions, I do apologise. It just seemed odd that it was a manufactured factory item. But now that you have made it clear to me, I'll do my best to wipe the egg off my face. Your doing a great job on the binder. I hope I didn't offend you, because that was not my intention.@@PuddinsFabShop
Love it ..Everytime I watch TH-cam I like to dive back into classic puddin vids these old gems are unappreciated but absolutely gold
I can’t hardly watch them myself lol
@@PuddinsFabShop I know that ..I hate watching my own videos .. I spend my whole time picking out everything I said and did wrong
You have good taste. I usually don't like slammed vehicles but all of yours are super classy.
Thanks!
Sittin on my ass binge watching Puddin videos won't get my projects done, but I can't stop!
Nailed the stance. Wheel-tire choice is perfect. Great job.
Thank you! A little fatter tire in the back wouldn’t hurt!
Looks amazing, Running with steelies with the factory hub caps was the perfect choice.
Absolutely! Thanks
Love that you stuck with the steal wheels and didn't put some hideous modern wheel! Great video as always.
I do like custom wheels! But they are cragars or mags lol
@@PuddinsFabShop no slots?
Slamming isn't my cup of tea, but you are so happy with it I'm glad for you.

I thought I was gonna have to run 18s to clear drop spindles. DJM arms eliminated that issue and I can run the 16! I was happy about it!
HA. You got me off my ass today and installed pinion wedges. Be damned if they weren't DJM

That's ok man. I speak Okie, I was born and raised in Enid... lol
That's bad ass
How much did it lower from stock ride height please??
Good question. Not sure over all.
What did those wheels come off of? And what tire size did you end with is that like a 255?
They are from a 88-98 Chevy heavy half ton! 225/70/16s.
You’re going to have a dependable bitchin’ ride!! Looks sweet!!
