Haha yeh I thought I explained what it was for the last time, it saves me having to pack to many rags and get them out of the back whenever I check my fluids
I’m excited to see it by the end of the year by how much it has evolved too 😂😂🤙, your right, every setup has its ups n downs. My next sleeping centre once it’s built hopefully lasts
You could probably still be able to waterproof the rooftop with some of that Shelleys water guard spray if you wanted to keep the tent. If not grab a swag and use that. First spot you stayed had awesome scenery mate. keep on keepin on.
Yeh I’m going ahead with taking the tent off, will make the Ute way lighter that way, I reckon I’ll sleep in the Ute for now till I get off to the hotter weather again
Having a few problems with the fridge for the minute so need to wait till I get the stuff in Adelaide to fix the problem, not enough sun coming through the solar so getting it wired up to the car also. Cooking wise I’d defo love to do more cook ups for real. But maybe once the kitchen is a proper one😂😂. I’d say the bacon n eggs wasn’t a bad start
I’ll be building my own one once I hit Perth again so no point buying another RTT, also the tent isn’t kings, it was a good brand but it was old. Awning goes all good, does the job it needs 😂😂👍
@@scottpage81 yep, rough total of tent and rack, (I’ll take both off bc rack moves a lot in wind) is 120kg or just over or under that. So defo going to make the Ute lighter and less tip worthy
after seeing you check your oil, the teddy bear on the bullbar all makes sense now!

Great content Josh. Be interesting to see how your rig evolves. There are pros and cons with every setup. See you in the next one.

Youve got a nice awning mate, just put a cheap kings swag on a foldable stretcher bed..comfy as bro😊
@@OzPete888 I thought of that but I’ve got a swag back home n can’t be bothered having any more swags 😂😂

A few cracking spots!
Yes mate, their hard to beat
Hi Josh, that's a buggar with the short lived-in tent, hopefully something much better comes along
Can’t afford something better till I get back to Perth so I’ll just be in the car I reckon 👍
Hey Josh I thinking you should do some cook ups show us what you like eating while camping that would help the videos

@@Young_.and._Free hehe I understand, just keep it simple that’s all like, bacon eggs scrambled eggs

@@Young_.and._Free Exactly. I'd either just sleep in the car or swag it, plus extra weight off the ute too

Pretty much passing through SA atm, leaving for Victoria on Monday, the videos are a few weeks off 😂😂
Love watching your content mate. Great editing too.
How do you stick the patches to the roof? Velcro?
One of them has Velcro but the rest have very small pins holding them up
get a 23zero swag, comfy as
I’ll look into them, but defo reckon imma chill in the Ute while it’s winter so I’m away from small floods and wet floors 👍🤙
Hey Josh when u come to SouthAustralia let me know and I'll give u a hand and go camping with you
