Tsatsu is the law, he's intelligent and there's no doubt but he's got a bad case and sadly not even the best can win it for you. He should be put into a legal reform committee when he retires.
There are laid down rules as to how to demand accountability from the EC with respect to their duties. The ongoing case is not to demand accountability. The case was sent there because NDC is alleging that no one got 50% + 1 vote so there should be a rerun. The current question is have they been able to show that no one got 50% + 1?

The accuser is not just an accuser, she was put in office for a task.....and she is answerable and has to be responsible for any discrepancies. This is a high office at that. @@davidnelson214 You don’t understand what you are saying, and this ignorance is your problem. EC is not answerable to anyone in court, she can be summoned before parliament. But at court it is the accuser who makes a case, not the accused!
Since the accuser has made his charges against the accused, the accused can refuse to respond. The silence of the accused means concern to the charges, so the court can proceed to judge the case based on the accuser’s charges.
By constitution, the EC is answerable to parliament, and not to court. If the citizens sue her, it is the citizens who should prove their charges, and not her. So let us learn and stop making ignorant comments.
