Your technique works the best of any I'VE tried. Thank you so much. Another bonus I have to share, is since I don't try to eat an entire squash, I was able to reheat in the microwave and each ring made a perfect portion for a great meal. Thank you again.😊👍👀

Just tried it. I'm diabetic and can't have regular pasta. It was so simple and worked so well i can't believe it was that easy. i HATE things that try to be LIKE something you really miss but leave you missing the real thing more - This was not that at all. It's not identical to pasta but it's every bit as satisfying in it's own right and simple as hell. Thank you so much - with my home made diabetic sauce this was a grand slam and now for the first time in years "pasta" and "spaghetti" is back on the menu.

So easy to peel, I didn't even unravel the spaghetti, just put it on the plate and filled it with red sauce and Italian sausage cooked in 3 cloves of garlic then topped with parmesan cheese. Hi. I found this video last year and made it and LOVED IT! We don't like the carbs of pasta. I make my own sauce from the garden and grow our own squash.
Believe it or not, it is Dec 7, 2021 and we still have one squash left that has been sitting in the fridge drawer. Has a couple blemishes on the outside but those are pealed off anyway. The insides look great and with the cutting style it was easy to inspect it all the way around. It was just starting to go on the skin but nothing inside is mushy in the least. I'm shocked sometimes how long these can last from the garden into the winter. It's in the oven now and I'm expecting another great meal!
I returned to your technique once again, as it is truly the best way to prepare. Thank you!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE spaghetti squash! My wife makes the BEST pasta sauces. I'm usually a purist but I'll take spaghetti squash over traditional pasta any time. Better flavor (Montreal Steak Seasoning is da bomb on ALL vegetables) and I don't get bloated like I do with regular pasta.

Thanks for showing me how to do this! I like the idea of the circles over the long length.

Love this method of cooking spaghetti squash--little sprinkle of Parmesan on top is really good.

I microwaved the squash for a few minutes and it was soft enough to cut the rings. They were not evenly cut so practice will make it better next time! I used a hand towel to hold down the squash. I still prefer roasting the squash because the edges caramelize and tastes sweeter. This is an awesome technique!
