It's a layer stack in the current version of Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer. it's available at... Etsy @t eBay @t PacificPixel.com @t Since it's saved as a normal Affinity Photo or Designer file, it opens from the Affinity Photo/Designer menu. File/Open. It's best to duplicate it before working on it or save it as a different name so you can keep a master and not save over it. Weird Question, How do you add your picture? Do you create a New Layers? New Group? Add Snapshot? Once its added do you uncheck the DEMO GRAPHIC ONLY? or leave it? Do you uncheck the PASTE IMAGE HERE blocks? Please advise. When I pasted my image in, it was a little square in the lop left corner of the canvas. Please Advise
If you use Black Line in Affinity Designer, will the resulting outlines be vector outlines? Or will they be output as raster images? I am needing vector output so I am hoping that Black Line will allow for that kind of output. Thanks for any info you can provide on this question! PS: I would be using it on a Mac….not on an iPad.

Hi Bruno, Thanks for reaching out. Yes, the file is ready to go. It comes with a demonstration image layer to help with image placement and can be turned off (3 layers) to work on your images. Once you open the file and open your Layer Studio, you'll see the layers like in the video. Keep in mind, that the video was done on an iPad, so the user interface will be different but the layer studio (where you'll be using Blackline) will look the same. While I agree that Angry Birds is a sick value at $.99, there are some pro functions that are good to have remotely running on your iPad and judging from the response, worth the money. As an example, I have a DAW (digital audio workspace) called Auria Pro for music production for iPad that I paid $50 for. Crazy huge bargain considering what it does and where it does it. Anywhere. :) And comes in handy when Im not near Logic Pro on my Mac. Working remotely with pro tools may cost more than Candy Crush, but for people who are using their computers and iPads to generate a living they're a time and money saver. Thanks again, Steve

Great question! Yes, it works great on most things. The more contrast the better but Blackline is able to discern pixel contrasts and form lines.
sadly, it doesn't seem to work for todays versions.
