The reason the 0-60 time didn't really change is because of the fact that the traction-limited acceleration of a car is actually completely independent of its weight. The Ghurka, on the other hand, will be much slower to 60 - it is never traction limited (since the traction of the car is vastly greater than its power), so its acceleration is power limited even at very slow speeds.

Do deployable wings create downforce when deployed (as opposed to always)? If so, set the deploy speed for about 200 mph and add a crazy amount of negative downforce. Yep. We're makin' a plane!
Bit late to the party but I didn't see anyone else post it. The reason lightening it didn't make it fly further, is ballistics is not dependent on weight. All that matters is the speed of the object and the angle of launch. A 500lb and 2000lb car will go the same distance, if launched at the same speed and angle.
prediction for the big jump at the air port - you should not see a big difference in jump height or distance. to greatly simplify a complex explanation, no one wants to hear a physics lecture, your distance is based on your horizontal ground speed, and your height is based on the relation between gravity and your vertical speed. mass does not play into it beyond how capable it makes the car of achieving the speed. For the next video suggestion, I would say, if you want to go far, mod the lift/down force. you'll have to make sure you can tune it mid flight, but that might be fun. FYI- in order to keep the car from spinning out of control in the air you'll have to do a sum of the moments about one of the centroid of the car. Provided complex math is not something you want to do, just pick something with a 50/50 weight distribution and make sure the lift is the same on both the front and rear.
If my calculation are correct (and I think they are) then that Gurkha had a kinetic energy of 637,070,483,665 joules when it hit that tree. That’s about 1.1% of the energy released by the nuke dropped on Hiroshima.
You can actually make the Nissan Titan weigh 18,300 lbs with a rim/tire glitch. literally just upgrade the rims and tires and you’re all set. You now have a tank.
