    Girl I legitimately had the exact same concentration issues as you. I couldn't retain words I read or focus on a short youtube video. It's crazy
    I also go on super long morning walks!
    Also also omg we both had to leave the country we were in due to covid 😭😭 i was thriving in Korea but had to go back to America, so back to anorexia I gooo

      Omg that is ROUGH! I’m in China for the whole year last year and had to stay in a third country for 14 days before flying back to the US.
      But things are getting better now and everything’s opening up! I’m planning a trip around America now to celebrate my graduation! It’s gonna be a solo trip but my friends will join me at some of the cities.
      Traveling is hands down the cure for my depression😭
