    Do you show any homes that you don’t have lot rent in other words own your own lot? I’m guessing there isn’t many. Very nice home. Question… do you pay taxes when you have lot rent?

      Sure! I’m a real estate broker as well! For a home of this caliber that would be land owned, I’d say you’d need a budget of approx $225+ and then maintenance fee might be $150-300. If you buy land lease (lot rent) you may or may not pay a tax pass thru. It’s a portion of the overall property tax of the park divided by all residents.       I love pets too. Some parks, once taken over by the new companies, get rid of that rule. I’m hoping this community will as well. Check out some of my 603 63rd Ave (Bayshore Windmill Village) listings. They’ve just applied to the state to make the change to their prospectus.
