From Drone Pilot To Jet Pilot in my 50s : Too Late To Pivot?

And of course along the way, I'll be flying all over south Florida as I train in Cessna 172s, 182s, Pipers, Diamond DA40s, and maybe even a Cirrus. And that's just the beginning!

Hey there, just found your channel. I decided to become a pilot at 40. I am 45 now and am months away from an airline job. It;s not too late. Just know that for the next 3-5 years you will be surrounded by kids in there early to mid 20's. If you have any questions about the industry or what direction to go, I can help answer them. I'm loving the inspire 2 content. It's kind of funny, I'm looking to pick up the hobby of drone pilot as a backup to commercial pilot.

Ps I’m 2 months into being full time freelance drone op now.. not quite busy enough yet but will get there. Had my biggest shoot yesterday down in central London, was insane. As was the authorisation process.
