Thank you so much for checking out KARD, I would like you to check out their older mvs too, the mv i suggest the most is YOU IN ME and GUNSHOT, I hope you'll check that out. Love from Hiddens❤
Thank you so much for reacting to Kard! I wont drown you in jnfo since there is a gret guide for them! (if you dont mind small spoilers on parts of their songs) by LikeOoh_Aah (channel) For a song I would recommend "Cake". Its from.their latest album and has a dance practice. You are not ready for the choreo. I will say some things really quick They are not the 1st coed group but the 1st relatively successful one. The Korean general public and kpopfans are not accepting of coed groups. They have 0 wins after 7 years but have just left Korea for their 5th world tour. Been in North and South America, Europe, (South-East) Asia several times. They also dont really act like typical.idols. they are very open and honest about their opinions and talk about stuff most idols dont. They are held to a different standard cause its mostly Koreans having problems with more provocative things but Korea doesn't pay attention to them much. Now the members: BM (Big Matthew). Green hair guy. Born 1992 in L.A. Main dancer, Lead rapper, sub vocalist, songwriter and producer. Very unfiltered, forgets he’s an idol and ripped AF J.Seph. Brown haired guy. Born 1992. Eldest. Main rapper, lead dancer, sub vocalist, songwriter. (the guys always write their own raps and sometimes parts for the girls too). Been to the military in 2020. Kard had a 2 year hiatus because of it. Somin. Black haired girl with the blue hat. Born 1996. Main vocalist, Visual (although all 4 are), No official dancer position but all 4 are very good dancers. TH-camr “Somin 소민”. Does vlogs, behind the scenes, Q&A, makeup tutorials. Jiwoo. Red haired girl. Born 1996. Maknae. My (ult) bias. Main dancer, Lead vocalist, rapper. Jiwoo is known for her charismatic stage presence and fierce attitude. Been on music competition shows Good Girl and Double Trouble. Has a team with her friends with whom she does photoshoots. She models, takes photo’s and been creative director. They even got one of their projects published in a Italian magazine. I haven’t called them songwriters but recently the girls have started writing for their songs too. The members often stress how all of them are heavily involved in the music making and creative process and it seems Jiwoo is very involved in everything they do. Love from your new sub from Amsterdam❤
omg, thank you so much for the information! I will definitely check out Cake and more of their songs, thank you for the recommendation! I'm so excited~ & thank you for subbing as well :)
@@TiffanyMazola I'm gonna correct something a bit on the original comment. KARD is not the 1st relatively successful coed group, during the 1st gen era of Kpop there were groups like Sharp, Roo'ra, and Koyote who were popular and recognized by the public, Sharp's popularity was shortlived and have dwindled due to if I recall was bullying scandals but Roo'ra and Koyote are regarded as legends till this day. And that's where the public's acceptance of coed groups slowly faded as coed groups from the 2nd gen era struggled to gain footing due to scandals of co-members dating and companies not promoting them as much the only exception was the duo group Troublemaker who captivated the scene and their popularity carried on in the 3rd gen. Now enter 3rd gen era, where there are some hints of resurgence for coed groups because of the Troublemaker craze the era saw co-ed project/subunit groups like Younique Unit, TripleH, TripleT, the brother and sister duo AKMU from YG Ent, and then you have KARD.
« I don’t know why he was shirtless at one point » because it’s BM and he loves to show his body
Kard are so underrated but so good
Their latest album is really « sexy, adult pop » but it’s commun with them
I definitely have to check out more of their songs! thank you :)
