I’ve screamed it on so many occasions, check google for weight estimate or ask supplier before buying. Shipping isn’t based on the price you purchased the item but the weight. There’s nothing you can do. If it hasn’t left china , you can ask your shipping company to keep it in the warehouse, while you find a way. You can either look for someone to pair shipping with you and ship via sea
Please ma let’s say I have up to 30kg and I want to ship via sea, how do I calculate it
You can’t calculate shipping via sea with kg , sea shipping is calculated by size , not weight, but guessing , you’ll need to find a shipping company that doesn’t have minimum sea shipping, if they don’t have , you shopping can be 30-60k but if they do it will be 120-150k

Yes. Just like their names they are different.
Air shipping clearance is 950 naira per kg, sea is about 250k per cbm. Watch my video on Skycargo to understand better. Also read the video description for calculation

I can see since your items are different, its most likely from different stores. do buy and send to a shipping agent until you are done shopping before shipping.

I’ll advise you buy from wholesalers in Nigeria for a start. If you live in Lagos you can check balogun for slippers and Yaba for shirt bundles.
Reason is shirts are in bundles and MOQ is usually 30 pieces lowest. And it weighs, yes 120,000 can buy both you need. But 30,000 won’t be enough for shipping. Dollar is high and sea shipping, most companies now have a minimum CBN. 300k will be the lowest amount you can start with but still ask the vendor the weight of the shirt after concluding on prices. So you can know your delivery, slippers won’t weigh too much

Yes rate has made air really expensive. For me I think skycargo is the fastest when it comes to sea shipping and clearance

Skycargo is a shipping company that has an app, where you can copy shipping address, track your goods and make payment for shipping.
PINDUODUO is a Chinese shopping app
Your goods are charged based on weight not amount. A kg of normal goods is about $6.5 , special goods $6.9 or so

Skycargo, that’s what I use. It’s fast , it’s safe and they don’t manipulate their kg. Like other companies that package your goods with unwanted cartons to increase the weight

Thank you 😊 Alright I'll try and make a video soonest. Bangladesh isn't difficult to import from. You just need contact and delivery agent/company. And you pay for goods upon delivery to your company, not before. So it minimizes scam

It’s really easy, just sign up, search for goods using picture of the item, or the general name of the item. For example baby feeding bottle, instead of writing that. Just type baby bottles, you’ll different types and you’ll definitely see the one you mean. Or use the picture to search it by clicking the photo icon at the search bar. For better understanding you can still watch the video I made about how Eshopping app works. I think it’s 3 videos after the Eshopping video on importation

Input your tracking number. The information of your goods will appear. Recharge the account and make payment in naira

1000 grams makes 1kilogram. So I guess you weigh to calculate. Or if you know the weight of your goods, you do an addition or multiplication

Sorry dear. If it’s more than 3kg I don’t ship via air unless it’s urgent. It’s good to calculate before buying/ shipping. You can estimate the weight by check google, asking the supplier or checking goods description

Search for nails tools or use the picture of what you want to search. Look at reviews to make sure what you are ordering is what you’ll get. It shouldn’t weigh much so you can ship via air using skycargo ltd. It’s in your App Store. Download the app, register, you’ll see an icon, “I want to consolidate” click it, copy the address, paste it on PINDUODUO. That’s it . Buy your items, they’ll pack everything for you for free at the warehouse
