Can StockX show us the customer service center where their employees ignore emails from thousands of buyers who received damaged or fake sneakers and sellers who had perfectly deadstock items rejected for no reason?

I'm not too confident in their authentication skills. So basically they do a 360 look and if it passes the smell test it's authentic 🤔

they cant show u the full proccess because someone making fakes could watch this and find what to avoid on the fake shoes to make it seem real.

Typically some customers don’t know that their shoes are fake, so what we do is we just send it back to the customer and let them know that their shoes are authentic💀💀💀💀💀

There’s 1.2 million pairs of 2018 Concords. If you think all are A plus quality and exactly the same , idk what to tell you. Stockx is dogshit especially during the summer but you can’t expect A plus from the biggest GR in sneaker culture history.

I like how they fail to mention that if the customer has a fake pair of shoes they get charged and outrages feet which is a percentage of the sale price so if the shoe as a $5000 shoe then you get hit with a huge feat that in some cases you don't have the money to pay so therefore your bank account goes negative I'd prefer to shop on go I used to be an advocate of this company I wrapped it I loved it I've shopped it but not any longer I sell shoes on their strictly but I do not buy them and I make sure to pay and authenticator before I send them out

I just bought a graphics card from these guys I just got to say it’s a really genius business to get into other than sneakers I think graphics cards might be one of the biggest unregulated legal markets as well especially the last couple years especially with the performance increases it’s really nice to have the extra help buying from third-party sellers nothing worse than getting a broken graphics card and having to deal with eBay customer service

Quick question if you buy anything from stockx no matter if its an Xbox , PlayStation 5, Apple watches , airpods or whatever does it have to be like brand new? Because I know for a fact if you want to get the brand new Xbox I believe they ship it to stockx and they test it out to see if everything is working after it passes the process verification then when you open it you find a stockx sticker to know that it's actually legit and not a scam
Not exactly ‘brand new’ because stockx’s definition of ‘deadstock’ is very loose. For example, I bought a pair of Jordan 1 Royals from stockx which had no shoe trees and the spare laces had been taken off. Stockx say all they need is the original box and the product to not be worn for it to pass. The product can be tried on and doesn’t need to have all the extra accessories it comes with

I have a friend that gets AAA sneakers I’m talking 1:1 box and everything. All I’m saying is you’ll never know if you have a replica pair from StockX on your feet if I be honest. Fakes have the same blueprint. Materials and near enough the same factory workers making the shoes. My friend is a personal shopper and he’s making a killing. All I can say is the game is the game.

I hope they have a customer service contact number because they never answer emails. I got a pair of yeezy qntm and it was damaged. I emailed them so many times but no response at all. So I end up keeping the shoes even though it has a huge scratch on it.
So if the item gets shipped Thursday to StockX do they receive it Friday and hold it while the system still says en route and then wait to Monday to verify and ship it out??

depends i worked in warehouses like this before sometimes i like box shoes and only do 500 for the 10 hours i would work and like there would still be thousands to pack but i dont do them until tmr because i need my rest its basically like that too sometimes and whenever i pack them i would put some in like rows where they are way behind the row of boxes ones that are getting shipped at that day. and the ones that are behind could be took by the P.I.T workers with the cars to pick up the row of boxes and store them for tmr or some

Depends on seller and when you order. Usually the weekends are the best because the seller has the whole week to ship it to stockx and authenticate it. So you'll get the shoes by next weekend or some shit

@SoniGui I literally just bought my first pair of shoes from StockX...I got a pair of yeezy 350 triple whites and one of the shoes is clearly worn... where the bottom of the shoe comes in contact with the ground is all scuffed up and grey and it’s not dust it won’t come off.... at the front there is a huge scuff and little rips in it... black marks that don’t come off all over the bottom of the shoe... and the worse part is that the whole front of the shoe leans upwards and two the left... there is no way it should have passed verification as a new/deadstock shoe... it wouldn’t even take a sneaker person to know it’s not new... this shits a fucking joke

Shoes/other items should just have a coding or something and people can confirm with the actual manufacturer (say Nike) and they can confirm if they are real or fake...just like how currency has a watermark. But really it sounds too extra and a waste of time for big companies like Nike to do things like that. Whatever...tho

The only thing different is went you receive a fake shoes on ebay they refund your money with out any problems one if you prove with a third party authentication service they are fake they refund you if you can’t prove it they make you send it back and get the full refund on stockX if you receive a fake shoes they block your account and make it very very hard to get your money back the only option is to do a charge back on card or bank and it not fair people make errors and fake sometimes get pass

The sad thing about the industry tho, is that replicas are becoming sooooooooo close to real, some sneakerheads can't even tell the differences. So its becoming easier and easier for fakes to slip through the cracks. In fact, some fakes are sooooo well designed, that the original customer, the authenticity factory, and the customer who ended up with them, can all think they are real when in actuality, they could be fake. It's soooooo hard to tell nowadays, and it's only getting harder. Especially when the real ones and fake ones can be made by the same factory in China. When you have the same factory producing real and fake shoes, it's not surprising when the fake ones look identical to the real ones. If I buy a pair of shoes from somewhere like Stockx, it's mostly shoes that you can't find for retail, but also aren't highly sought after either, so resell isn't much different than retail, so even if I do get scammed, at least I didn't lose out on a lot of money lol. Once it becomes double the price or more, that's when it's no longer worth it imo. I just companies would produce more shoes to put resellers out of business. Bit if resellers are making the companies more money, they wouldn't do that. Its kind of a fu**ed up model, where they deliberately limit the quantities, because they know they will sell out, then they can just lather, rinse, and repeat the process. But then again, if people are Naive about it, it's a companies obligation to exploit the loop holes to make more profits for investors :) :). I my opinion, Authenticity is ONLY important in reselling......but not so much if you just plan on wearing them out like regular shoes. I dont care if a shoe I Authentic or not, as long as if it is fake, that I know upfront before making the purchase. But then again, if you have huge collection, chances are you aren't ever wearing your shoes out anyways, and you can't really resell fakes and even give them away u less to a homeless person, because you don't wanna be the a**hole who gave some fake shoes lol. So, if you never plan on getting rid of them......by all means, by fakes, just know you are buying fakes upfront :) :)

That did not look like any kind of rigorous authentication process I expected. If all they do is look at it and sniff it I wonder how Ari Cagan's close to real fakes were rejected.
They're *not going to show the entire process ON CAMERA,* knowing counterfitters/scammers would be watching their methods on the video, to try and get around it. It wouldn't be a smart strategy if they revealed everything, showing their hand like that.
