I lost my mom a month ago 😢and it’s killing me , but I know how much she did for me and how well she took care of me when I was young , and I know she knew how much I loved her . I wish I could call her tho :(

I feel grateful for everything my mom has done, and I don't realize how much she has done for me, all of us with moms like ours should be very blessed that we have such people who are willing to put our lives above their own!

I was inspired in remembering how poetically connected my own mother is to me (creating synchronicity, empathic connection) as a manifestation of the love they deservedly, no, - undoubtedly attract - one way or another. I love my mother with all my heart and am grateful for everything she has done for me and what all mothers have done for their kids. HOWEVER... What was the hardest thing you had to do today... Went out in the backyard on a nice sunny day with your rugrat? You can send them to bed any time you want on some trumped up charges because you want to have some wine and watch Survivor. Try being Irish and roofing in the middle of July. I thought that was hard. But evidently... these mothers are bending over at the hip putting DVDs into DVD players. Going to war... pinned down by a sniper... what a joke!!! You ever burp a baby and forget to put that towel up on your shoulder? Oops... There's another shirt you gotta wash. Ohhhh lift with your knees and put it in that machine that does it for ya. Any job you can do in your PJ's is not difficult. Watching cartoons. Taking naps. Im half kidding here.... but come onnnnn. Remember when Saddam lit the oil fields on fire and those poor bastards had to go put them out? 4,000 degrees walking into flames with an asbestos shield. You wanna do that or watch Bob the Builder again? Be honest with yourself.
Why would I be thankful for my parents for taking care of me? Sure it was a lot of work and not easy, but at the first place it was their decision to bring be into existence. They are OBLIGATED to take care of me. Like I wouldn't be thankful for a fireman who saves people from a fire he has started himself at the first place?
Completely agreed with the parents bit. Although in my opinion, the analogy is bizarre. When one expresses gratitude, it feels really great, so just thank them (for yourself)
