20:10 I was on a medication for a long time that only seemed to half work - when I picked up smoking it took away those leftover symptoms. Started rolling back that drug (and drinking a lot more water), took me about a year and now I'm off it. I have 0 symptoms now. It appears marijuana limits the uptake or effects of depakote (which happens to limit the effects of psilocin), and thank the lord and all his greenhouses for that. I was in a mental-governmental-medical trap spanning 17 years and 3 doctor-prescribed poisons.
It helped me deal with suicidal ideation and depression when I was younger. As I got older, I became dependent on it, and it became a crutch. I don't think anything is inherently wrong with using cannabis. Everyone's experience is different. It helped me during a time in my life, but now I do not need it at this time. It can be very helpful in harm reduction, I'd rather see someone ingesting cannabis than fentanyl any day of the week. If you go to a dispensary here in California, the potency is labeled on the menu, and you can get whatever you need. Hemp is Marijuana plant that has industrial uses and does not contain any psychotropic characteristics. You don't smoke hemp, we use use it to make rope, paper, and similar useful products. CBD cannabis is low in THC and is used for purely holistic purposes. You don't get "high" off of it. Bubble Hash, THC oil shatter and crumble are considered "concentrates' are very high in THC concentration. While cannabis in plant form is about 33% THC in its greatest potency, concentrates are often in excess of 90% THC.

Thank you for your tremendous efforts, Doctor! Just for information: The word "hashish" is of Arabic origin and means literally grass or plant. In the middle Islamic ages during the religious wars, an extremist sect of fanatics known as the Hashashin (those who use hashish) emerged and was famous for using cannabis before going to war.
@@DocSnipes Oh! The most important thing was to review my whole knowledge of cannabis because it has been a while since I didn't work on that. As a psychologist and regular radio guest who works on educational programs on mental health, I think this will be useful to me when dealing with cannabis topics in the future. So, thank you again, and good luck! 🙂

Hey everyone as a long time cannabis user please be careful in taking this substance. The best advice I can give you is never to use this stuff when you’re really down because it can really make you feel more down. You can become addicted to this substance if you don’t watch out. I used it heavily after my father’s passing, however, I had to stop consumption to really begin my grief work. I now use it only for social settings. Comment below if you have any questions for me personally as a long time user (on and off for many decades).
I'm a daily user of over 10 years, and I would like to say that while an addiction can be formed (as it can to literally anything), cannabis itself is not considered to be a highly addictive substance.
@@stoned-dragon Depends on the person too and it is psychologically addictive, not physically addictive like other addictive substances. I’m curious to know what happens when you stop smoking for a day? Can you stop whenever you like? And is this for medical reasons that you’re relegated to smoking on a daily basis? Is your daily use as an alternative substance to an otherwise OTC or prescribed pills? What is the medical purpose of daily consumption?
@@sirrantsalott its a medical plant and smoking it is the wrong way to do it, the wds are milder than what the doctors would give you with way less side effects, yes you can use it the wrong way but have you thought what your life would look like if instead of cannabis you started taking benzos or opiates from a doctor to deal with grief? you would probably still be taking them and go through hell on earth, same thing with antipsychotics and ssris they make you a asexual zombie
