Add 10gms methyl cellulose powder for every 100 gms of soya or any other item. It is amazing and provides the best binding. And won't have the floury flavour of using besan or corn flour.

This video is probably more suited for non-vegetarians with diet restrictions - like festival or vratham time, when they have to eat blue veg food. I have tried soya nuggets, and hate it. As a vegetarian I don’t need the texture of meat in my food.😂
