Buying life insurance: A salesperson sells hope, and they hope to sell something they don't know what it is.
If you buy things, you will not get your money back, and the same is true for purchasing life insurance.
Life insurance is not an investment! When you die, the policy is paid out.
You have to jump out of the coffin to get your money back and then return to the coffin.

Leyna said is very true about customers honesty and how to build structure for a whole life insurance. However my whole life insurance doesn’t have a kind of money to cover my sick. It has cash value and can use for down mortgage without any questions, not like a bank. My case, cash value is a loan and have to pay 5% interest rate( better rate from bank 7%) Why mine has to paid interest? Thank you Leyna. Hope your Chanel can educate for many people. My problem in your video that you only explained a NON-GUARANTEE illustration???What about the GUARANTEE column????? My suggestion for you is explain both. When you present only a PRO, it is wrong and misleading. Have a great day!!!!!
That’s why I meet personally with all my clients. I think I say plenty how it could go wrong if not structured correctly. In fact-that’s in the title.

IUL is not suitable for people who is single I think
Why do you think that? How about when you get old and need care? You’ll need money to pay for it if you don’t have family to care for you. You use cash from policy, and it subtracts it from the death benefit. (So you are using your death benefit while alive!) :)
