My experience there is absolutely no point rolling stat's in lower gear cause you don't get a full Max roll, my opinion the only thing that is worth rolling early is talents that way you work on then till you hit lvl 40 and start getting max roll items, I've done it this way for as long as I remember and it took me about half to 1 month to completely fill my library
2:13 SAME!! I played at release up until the Strongholds came out, then took off for a couple years. Got really back into the last few Months. And man, all i can say is that i really regret not "knowing" all about the reconfiguring table. i sold and broke down soooo much stuff. But also that was back when you could only hold 100 pieces. But now, i have 2 other agents just for storage and up to 800 Shade. The thing i really would love to have is the Eagle barer. Pretty much no chance of that ever happening. trying to get 8 people together for the Raid that are any good, is futile. SIGH......

I've nearly finished the new york Warlords DLC. But I've not finished DC yet! I was at level 10 just before I went to New York! Now I'm at level 40. One Question, when I finish New York Warzone, will I be able to go back to DC & Finish where I left off?? Or will I lose everything I've done on DC so far? Thank you. Please get back in touch ASAP. Due, there is no Div tech in the game i think ur confused with SHD Tech. Clan caches scale to legendary you can ge the max of 2 per week if ur top of the leader board and the clan box only holds 3 caches. Directives in the open world DO give increased target loot drops just like in the summit (originally it did not.) I get that your newish and your trying to help new players so GG but a least give them the correct info other than that keep it up buddy.

It's a great addition to the game plus it boosts you to level 40 in stead of 30. Plus why not it continues the new York storyline if you played the first one.
i started day 1 and let me say it has came far from then but it still broke as heck loot boxs in rooms u cant get in and left just unfinished in game i feel they cared more about the small trash floating about they had such a great game to build off of and just trashed it and started fresh with all new seems they like pushing broken games i still play cuz hooes it will be fixed like last time by red storm

One Question my friend! How did you get that Big Mini Gun, as a special weapon?? Because I've got a grenade launcher as my special weapon. I've also seen other People have a big Ass Sniper Rifle. So, please help me out with these weapons. I'm not saying my Grenade Launcher isn't powerful, because it is, so far. The Damage it can do at the moment is, 1.3 million Damage. So yeah! Its not a weak Ass toy! But that Big Ass Mini Gun you've got, looks f**king Awesome. I bet its fun to use aswel?? Yeah?. Thank you 😊
I see guys playing this game for 18 months !!! Having every exotic and fine gear ware available ...Unfortunately, I just lose interest in a game in about a month and that's pushing it..there's just too many great games out there to be playing and I try not to get stuck on one ! Tat's just me !!
The Division isn't a race its a marathon very easy to get burned out if you rush everything I say play what makes you happy. Although Outriders demo should be out tomorrow looks promising for the shooter looter genre worth a look.

This! I noticed as I was going through world tiers 1 2 & 3 the gear crit max's were increasing. I realised my previous stat extracts were pointless

You can get into rooms with loot. Look for locks, control boxes on the walls inside the room that you can shoot from the outside and so on.
